The food was not as good as we had hoped it would be, but that might be due to what chose. We tried two street food items, including Panipuri, the small crisp balls with potato filling to which you add flavored water from a small bottle. It's an interesting combination of taste and textures. Also, we ordered a stuffed flatbread with Chana masala, which was less successful because it was not really stuffed naan, but instead plain naan folded in half with some seasonings between the layers and a side of very spicy masala. The most disappointing item was the shrimp curry - we orders medium spice but it was very bland and slightly sweet with the unmistakable flavor of "too-long-on-the-steam-table," the slightly stale flavor that sauces and soups acquire when held too long in the pot near the boiling steam.
