Based on the overall taste of the pizza, I'd give this place 4 stars. At this point though, I'm quite confident there's a carbon monoxide leak in the kitchen, cause I've never seen an over staffed restaurant work so slowly in all my life. Seriously though, watch them next time you're there. I'm convinced there's a job position as "permanent wanderer". Someone that just pretends to be working, but really just wanders around constantly. It takes wayyyyy too long for your food to finally get in your mouth hole. Even when it's slow inside, it still takes years. This place just has too much of the nickel and dime mentality. To go box charges, a dollar for a tiny thigh of ranch. The 8 dollar overpriced pizza should easily cover that. For two slices of pizza and a ranch to cost 9 and change is kinda crazy. Of course I'll keep coming back, cause it still hits my sweet spot at times. But the way the business is run and the definite overpricing is a bit of a joke if you ask me. Update: owner messaged me directly and noted some of my concerns. Although the box charges and ranch cost are a bit unnecessary, I still really enjoy the pizza. This is not your typical pizza place. You are basically paying for 2 pieces of pizza. But it's not as skimpy as you think. The slices are big. 10 inches long. I ordered the Jake. BBQ chicken and bacon with their "fire dust". The sauce was tasty. Sweet and sticky, and mild enough that it didn't overpower the rest of the ingredients. Crust was super thin and crispy. It tasty fresh and had a nice crunch to it. Even after 20 minutes ... Still held it form and wasn't soggy. The "fire dust" ... Not sure how to rate this part. The pizza it self was so good that I wanted to eat more. Right away. But the fire dust forced me to pause. It wasn't insanely hot but it was hot enough to force me to take a break. So ... Horrible customer experience!!! I honestly have gone back and forth about writing this review. It's a year in the making. I don't live in Utah anymore but have been going to slab for since college (back when the actual OWNER would patrol the soda fountain and tell people they could only have one refill, which is RIDICULOUS when we're paying 6+ bucks for a slice of pizza). I have consistently had TERRIBLE experiences at the Lehi Slab location. This location is HORRIBLY managed. The manager is unhelpful and rude. The first bad experience I had was when I had a coupon for a free slab (we had spent over 100 dollars on pizza a few months prior) and the coupon text didn't say anywhere that it expired after 30 days. They wouldn't honor the coupon even though it was their mistake. Tonight was the final straw, we arrived 30 minutes before close and they told us we had to take our pizza to go??????? Once we got the pizza it was sloppily made by the manager then I asked him to put more Thai sauce since it only was on one of the slices they brought us a to go container but no way to put it in the pizza. I honestly was never impressed with the owners of slab but have always loved the people who run the Provo slab. I am begging the owners to realize that the customer experience is worth everything. I have had way too many terrible customer experiences at Lehi to ever go back. So poorly done. read more

Great variety of pizza flavors. I loved my Super Duper Premium "Ramp Local" pizza. Fire Dust was the secret ingredient - whatever that is. It was hot and had some delicious, unusual cheese blend based on blue and mozzarella. I'd go again, no brainer. My ony complaints were the environment is a little noisy, hard to hear the person sitting across from me, and it was a little annoying seeing the people come in after us get our pizza before us. We ordered right away, didn't have to wait in like. After about 35 minutes, people who ordered after us were finishing up and we were the last of 3 groups left in the restaurant. We asked them about our pizza and the man working just looked at us like we were dumb and said "well it's not here... someone must have taken in already." We had a number so super confused on how someone could have taken our pizza when they bring it out to you. There wasn't an Im sorry, or we will make it right now. Honestly shocking because I run a restaurant myself. It's now 10 pm and most places are closed. Super disappointed. (When i told my family they said they have all had terrible experiences there). I've been twice now, and the second visit was redemptive. The first time I went to slab, the pizza was dry and overcooked. Today was much better l, but by no means amazing. The fact that you can order from a huge variety of pizzas by the "slab" (quarter pizza) is definitely enticing. But as far as quality goes, Slab is nothing special. I've been a fan is SLab since their original location down in Provo. I really enjoy their unique flavors and the fun presentation of an entire "slab" of pizza. The only reason I don't give this five stars is due to the prices. It seems a little exorbitant for a quarter of a slice of pizza where I walk away not quite satiated. The folks are great. The location ideal. The pizza is MEH at best. I don't like their style of crust its thin and chewy. Like the consistency of jerky. Its just not my preference. The prices are reasonable, not great. For around the same money, I'll drive a block north to go to Pizza Studio instead. Its more my style. read more

Ate here tonight based off the other reviews. Gotta say I was sadly disappointed. IMHO, the crust can make or break a good pizza, and here, it's definitely broke. While the toppings were tasty, I've had better crust from frozen pizzas. The crust here is only small step above cardboard...tough and tasteless. Ended up scraping the toppings off to eat and threw the crust away. And the price? WAY overpriced. $8+ for a "super duper deluxe"? No thanks. It was only worth half that at best (which would make it around $12 for a "full size" pizza, i.e. actually round). Will not be coming here again. Would prefer to give only 1.5 stars (but only because of the toppings.) read more

I started going to Slab when a location opened up near BYU. But I have noticed a decline in the quality of pizzas at all the locations I have been to. The pizza seems to almost be raw. Last slab of pizza I got wasn't brown or crispy at all on the bottom. read more

Good selection of pizza. The pizza itself was good. I would probably come back. The service was terrible. There was a line of 15+ people waiting to order and no one was at the register to take our order for at least 10 minutes. We also asked for red peppers several times and someone said they would bring some out to us and they never did. read more

With so many pizza places in the Traverse Mountain area, this one is by far my favorite. I order the Triple Meat pizza and the Super Duper Hawaiian. Both are amazing, fresh, full of flavor, and delicious. The only draw back is how long it takes, so don't go there if you're crunched for time. OR call ahead and get it to go. Love this place! So glad they got a second location near me. The pizza is fabulous- thin, crispy crust & great balances of flavor. Pesto is a great choice if your unsure, and the Buffalo and Thai are wonderful for big flavor. This place was sub par in my opinion. We ordered the pepperoni, combination, and bbq chicken. All of the pizza comes on a piece wax paper. There wasn't anything special about the pizza in my opinion. We asked for a side of ranch dressing and they said it would be $1.00 extra. They brought us out one small sauce cup of ranch after we paid the $1.00. We asked for a box, they said they are also extra but that we could have some foil for free. The Coke was out of carbonation and they didn't have any knives out. Only forks. I really wanted to like this place. Lots of hype on social media. We ordered the buffalo chicken, pepperoni, veggie/pep/sausage. The thin big slice approach reminded me of NYC pizza, but was twice the cost. The sauce was pretty basic and the dough was not memorable. Lastly, they charge for to-go boxes... only 15 cents each, but how do you not include that in your overhead. I think this is probably your pizza place if you like non-traditional pizza flavors like Tai or BBQ chicken. Sometimes it's in the details why you like or dislike a place. $0.18 seems like a small detail. But when I ask for a to go box to take my leftovers and the clerk says that it costs $0.18 for a to go box, $0.18 might as well be $1800. Absolutely ridiculous after I just spent $30 for three slices of your below average pizza that I could get at Walmart or any number of places that don't charge for a to go box. I'm surprised I wasn't asked to pay for my napkin or straw or the wax paper that you served my pizza on instead of a plate. You take nickel and dining to a new level. Giving my food the the wrong person is one thing, and totally understandable. Accidents happen... what is not acceptable is five mins later when the employee realized the mistake going to get the same pizza from the wrong customer and trying to give it to me. Pretty sure that breaks food handling laws. After not accepting, they remade it and acted annoyed that I would not accept food that another customer had touched/breathed over. First things first, The Buffalo chicken pizza is the best Pizza in the entire world. The slices are perfect size all you need is 1 slab. I have also tried the Jake and the 3 meat and I can say that those Pizzas are tasty as well. Infact it's so good that I now order for the office so my co-workers can enjoy it as much as I do. The location is perfect right here in Lehi and there is never a mess at the store when k am there. I will also say that the staff is very kind and friendly. I feel like they go out of their way to make sure that I have a great experience and will always ask if there is anything else that I need. I love this place. Buffalo chicken pizza is my go to slab. If there's one thing I don't like though is how inconsistent each bite is. Sometimes I get a perfect bite. Other times I get a mouthful of hot sauce. Being a Buffalonian here's some tips to improve: stop putting celery on it... that's just weird. Don't drizzle/swirl hot sauce on top. Mix it with the bleu cheese dressing and toss the chicken in it. read more

The best pizza in Utah! I loved Slab in Provo, and I love it here in Lehi! Within 15 minutes get a delicious slab of pizza cooked to order. None of this warmed up or pre-cooked stuff. Don't even bother with this one. There's five others that are better. First no parking, second hard to get to due to traffic. pricing is terrible One slab super Duper cost eight dollars that is not filling. They could've at least added a second slice for four dollars or something like that. Still at $12 everybody else is cheaper by far. Customer service was not there, Employees I would say is on the ride side. Pizza seems overcooked crust is very hard to chew. Taste of pizza was good. No alternative options for drinks just Coke products very disappointing. It took 20 minutes to get a slice pizza extremely disappointing as I was in a hurry and I'd like to get in and out. Most pizza places that offer by the slice is way faster. In my opinion this bed is this model sucks and I would never come back. I'm sure other yelpers would be pleased with this food quality but there are other pizza places in the vicinity that are way better. At least in my opinion. read more
