He ordered it while he was here, it came the next day, then the following day he came out and installed it. Less than $200 installed. I'll do that any day so I don't have to buy a new one. Then a couple months later our refrigerator started leaking water onto the floor. Same thing, he came out, diagnosed it, ordered a new valve switch and installed it. He finally called me and said he would be back in a few days. Two weeks have gone by at this time and no word from Joe. Called another repair service and they came out the same day, diagnosed the issue which was completely different than what Joe had said. The service person had the parts on his truck and took the time to do the job correctly. Do Not call Joe!!!
