I got rang up for 2 regular burritos and 4 tacos and the bill was $49. At $14 a burrito which doesn't have any sour cream, or guac and is mostly rice and beans, this is quite steep. The meat was chewy and very salty. The chicken burrito was slightly better but still over salted. I would only order a taco from here in the future. The biggest bummer was that I didn't notice that they didn't give me a single salsa with my order to go.

The broth was scrumptious and well seasoned. I could tell that the broth was home-made / hand-made as I could taste the roastedness of it. The menudo was seasoned with even proportions of garlic, mild spice, and just plain good heartiness! And...what's more, is the tripe was CLEAN! Very well roasted poblano with just a little bite to it. Well breaded, fried, and sauced. Carnitas were very tasty as well. Service was a bit odd as they call your number and then stand there and ask you if you want everything on it and then slap it on top in front of you.

I came here for lunch twice during my 3-day stay here and loved every taco I had (fish, birria, carne asada and al pastor). Tuesdays- $2.50 tacos with a purchase of an agua fresca! I got the horchata and it was creamy, cinnamony and not too sweet! Order at the register and they give you a buzzer to let you know when your order is ready. The food comes out within minutes! This time we brought the dog with us and sat on the patio, which was clean, shady and comfortable. Shout out to the server who came outside to check on us and make sure we liked our food. This time we had: (Taco Tuesday priced @ $2.50 each) Al Pastor and Carnitas tacos - the al pastor was SO good, served piping hot and had a good "scald" on it. The carnitas, unfortunately were dry this time. Like they'd been cooked earlier and were sitting under a heat lamp drying out. No worries. We ate most of it and shared with the dog, which she loved! (Regular priced at $5.25 and 6.25 respectively) Fish Taco - seasoned and grilled to perfection Veggie Taco - rice, beans, lettuce and tomato with a delicious sauce on top. Both of these tacos are bigger than the meat tacos. Very filling. Do not pass up the fresh tortilla chips and salsa bar. The watermelon habanero was hot enough to get your attention.
