this place is not very good my daughter got a poke bowl that was 24 dollars and when the poke came out it had grey edges around every piece the fish was clearly not fresh. Also, when i saw my daughter was not eating it i knew it wasn't good so i tasted it and yes it was not good. It had a strong fishy flavor that clean tuna is not supposed to have. The fries a okay. We had their fresh house salads with a spring mix, carrots, cherry tomatoes topped with tortilla strips. This is a casual restaurant and the decor is warm cozy old school. I could tell from his face so I questioned it but he said no it will be good. $70 for 2 lobster tails baked potato salad and chowder. The tails had absolutely no flavor what so ever. It's very clean on the inside, it's clear they always tidy up the place! Everytime we come into the place (we're not from here but we always come when we can), it's always delicious! The sourdough clam chowder bowl was creamy with no 'fishy taste' it just tasted exquisite and very easy to get full from! My mom got the coconut shrimp in which those were amazing as well!! You can CLEARLY taste the crispiness of the coconut! My dad got the fish n chips (we shared the sourdough bowl because well it's kinda big and fulfilling!) He loved his fish n chips, and I stole a bite as well, I do not like fish at all but when it comes to this restaurant, I'll eat the fish from here!! It's crispy on the outside, and when you bite into it there's a lot of flavor, especially with the tartar sauce!! This is our usual go to place whenever we are able to come down. Juan always gives us a happy greeting while seating us at our table, and the rest of the staff does an amazing service for everyone around us!
