All the shopping carts are inside and have a long pole on them so you can't bring them outside. It was really nicely decorated when I walked in. All their displays looked so pretty and appealing. They have a nice kitchen and dining section with lots of beautiful glasses. I especially loved the plastic cups that had dried flowers floating loose inside the clear plastic. If you're still needing a Valentine's gift or cards, they have a nice selection of both. I found a really cute pop up Valentine's Day card for my husband. There a section of door mats that is so cute. There was a hamburger doormat and even steamed soup dumplings. I decided to get the steamed soup dumpling doormat. It is so fun and unique. Their Easter items are also out on display. They are really cute this year. I was kindly helped at the checkout by a very friendly employee. She showed me where I could download a coupon to use on my purchase. I saved $5. That was very nice of her. I will definitely have to remember to come here more often. It hasn't had issues ever since, so when we had to move, we decided to go back and purchase another sofa set with living spaces again. After a year or two, the couches have held up well enough until just 2 weeks ago my wife sat down on it and heard a sound and it has been sinking in that area ever since. We had paid a few hundred dollars for a five-year-warranty plan to cover things like this and filed the claim they asked for. The people in the store explained how there shouldn't be any issues with the warranty helping us out. Jasmine was very helpful. However, after waiting two weeks for the technician to come look at it, he confirmed that the wood frame has broken and the springs stretched out. He said it shouldn't be a problem to either fix or replace it and that they will get back to us. After a couple days, they messaged me saying that it is not covered by my warranty plan due to it being a "loss of resiliency". It also says in the same claim that they deemed it to be due to a manufacturing defect. I emailed back and disputed the claim, but they just respond simply saying that it is not covered by my warranty plan. I even told the store that I am willing to take some sort of store credit and spend $4k - $5k more on a newer, better quality sofa set, but they do not want to seem to help me resolve this at all. They have really nice towels and bedding too. I found a cute Valentine's Day cat decoration that I love. I also found some nice beach themed hand towels for my powder room. The prices are very good here. You can always find a good deal. The checkout line was long but went by fast. Customer service is always excellent at this store.

I visited there recently and thoroughly enjoyed slowly going through the shop and checking out all the charming treasures. One of the things I really liked was a Hazel Atlas children's tea set in pastel-colored milk glass from the 1940s-50s (see pic). I also saw a nice secondhand Kate Spade bag for only $42. The women working there were very friendly and chatty. I understand they get new inventory all the time, so I plan to go back soon.

The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived just 10 minutes before closing because we got off work late. Despite our profuse apologies for coming so close to closing time, they warmly welcomed us, offered us coffee, and took the time to help us. We returned the following day, and Thy helped us find the perfect flooring. She was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. Her communication was outstanding, and she made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and stress-free. We also had our flooring delivered to our home, and Quan, our delivery driver, was just as wonderful. As first-time homeowners, we especially appreciated that he took the time to explain different parts of the process to us. Since he is also a contractor, he was able to share valuable insights and tips that helped us better understand what to expect during installation and beyond.
