I don't typically write a review about an establishment, but my first visit to this establishment will definitely be my last. It wasn't a matter of not liking the food, but the quality of the items and the lack of welcoming customer service. We told the cashier we'd never been in before...no welcome, no explanation of the menu, just a dead stare waiting for our order. My husband asked how many breadsticks came in an order. The cashier's answer was "I don't know. I think maybe 8." No offer to check to verify. I asked how large the pizzas were, wanting to see an example of the size. The cashier's answer, "I mean, it's 14 inches." No offer to show us the size. I asked if there were side salads, or only the dinner salads. The cashier's answer, "They're all big bowls of lettuce." That should've been my sign to leave, but wanted to give them a fair chance. I ordered the lasagna bolognese, which came out looking as if it had been in the microwave multiple times and was sitting in a small pool of grease. The first couple of bites were hot, but as I got to the middle, it was refrigerator cold. I took it to the counter with my concerns, only to have the owner come to me with no greeting, but stating "It measures 102 degrees." Yes, on the outer edges it probably was, but not in the middle and it shouldn't be sitting in a pool of grease. She continued to argue with me about it before giving me a refund for the item, still making me feel bad for having a complaint. My husband got the chicken Alfredo, which was spaghetti noodles with pre-made diced chicken and sauce. The pizza was fine, and the breadsticks were essentially pizza crust. If you want real, made from scratch Italian, stick with Italian Cafe or Adriatic. This was very disappointing to say the least. read more

Our first time here we loved it the bolognese sauce was really good we finished it before the pizza came out lol. It wasn't overly salty it had this amazing flavor me and my husband both loved it. The pizza was hot and fresh and their tomato sauce is delicious here it's a quiet space not a nosy crowd which love and it's a small business owner which we love to support. The owner Ina is so kind and welcoming we were able to get to know her and talk with her it was a pleasure dining here. It's not often the owner comes out and talk with her customers and I loved how she went around checking and making sure if we needed anything. read more

A charming little restaurant tucked away in the corner in the Valero parking lot on Louetta road down the street from East Strack road. As soon as I walked in, I was given the warmest welcome by the wonderful lady behind the counter. I placed an order to go, which included a Margherita pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. As I waited, I looked around, and the place was decorated as if I was sitting in a café in Venice, Italy. The wait was not long and before I knew it I was out the door with food in hand. I could not wait to try a slice of the pizza. It was super fresh, the basil so fragrant, the crust chewy and delicious and well it did not take long for us to devour the pizza. It was perfect. Why 5 stars? Because the pizza is really good and they actually have pinsa! --- --- --- In San Francisco in 2019, I was looking for a dinner spot with some co-workers. We settled on a place that served Pinsa. I'd never heard of Pinsa and had no idea what to expect. It turned out, all four of us thought it was the absolute greatest thing and still talk about that meal to this day. Since then, I have never seen Pinsa on a menu. Until now. I'd initially bookmarked this place when I saw it open, but I did not even realize they had Pinsa until I was going through my bookmarks and looking for a place to go for lunch. As soon as I saw Pinsa, my search was over. I ended up calling in a couple of pizzas in advance, even though I planned on dining in - I went with the Alex Pinsa and the Meat Lovers regular pizza. The pinsa was enjoyable, but did not quite match the impossible hype of what I'd been thinking about for the past 6 years. 4-stars, with some extra credit just for having this allusive menu option! But the more I ate the regular pizza, the more I enjoyed it. I think the differentiator for me was the flavor of the cheese, but it's hard to definitely pinpoint what it was. All I know is that I couldn't stop eating it, despite being absolutely stuffed. On top of the food itself, the owner (I assume she was the owner?) couldn't have been nicer. As soon as I walked in with my 6 year old son, she offered him a free cookie, and free cookies are the way to the heart of both of us. This is a great little place that shares a wall with a station convenience store. I hope the locals support it because it's a heck of a lot better than calling Papa John's! read more

This place is next to a gas station, of which they share a restaurant. It a lot cuter inside than you would think. String lights all over the ceiling, they've done a good job. The service was super friendly. The owner came out to explain that the dough and pasta are homemade every morning, and a lot of ingredients are imported from Italy. I had the cacio e pepe, and my husband had the chicken Alfredo, both were great, but the real standout was the parmigiana pizza. It had eggplant and basil, and the crust was absolutely fantastic! This will be our do to spot for real good pizza and try other stuff. An all around great experience! read more

They also offer to-go orders and they appear to have a drive thru. We were pleasantly surprised by our visit! Attached to a gas station but they have decorated the space so cute - lots of string lights and decor. We also enjoyed the music. Quick and friendly service - took less than 10 minutes to bring out our pizza, pasta, and panini. Great pricing and quality of food! They also had salads and other options. So glad we found this place. If you care about clean ingredients, supporting local small businesses, this is the place for you. My mom loves pizza, so I was looking for something other than the "normal". We got a 14" pepperoni pizza and breadsticks with marinara source. It was incredible, I did not feel "full", bloated after eating this crust! No GMOs, no sugar added. The space is attached to a gas station but once inside you would never know. The decor is very nice, music is perfect. The owner greeted us at the table and shared their story. They opened in January 2025. This is our new go to when we want Italian food. Based on my experience and in my opinion. Read all the reviews and decided to order from this restaurant over two others in the area I was considering. Food was delivered through Grubhub and it was extremely disappointing! There were only 4 tiny pieces of eggplant and some cherry tomatoes on the Davide, and 4 small slices of Zucchini and a few cherry tomatoes on the Zucchini Cream and Confit. The pasta dishes were dry and tasteless! Photos provide ample evidence. The Chicken Alfredo was definitely better than the other two - at least a few more pieces of chicken, but.... Called the restaurant immediately upon receipt to provide feedback, but was politely brushed off by the person answering, essentially stating that Grubhub inflates the prices by 33% and it is not the restaurant's fault. Even discounting that fact, the quantity of toppings on offer for the restaurant's price of $9.99 was ridiculously small. The person on the phone just apologized and said there was nothing he could do! Not even some kind of a consideration for a paying customer! $57 for a thoroughly disappointing dinner! Come on; while I am very empathetic toward food costs and other pressures that restaurants face (and I have dined all round the world, including in Italy), I too have worked extremely hard for my money! Felt completely insulted by this experience with the restaurant. Won't be returning for sure. read more

Stopped by today got the Margherita Pizza. 9.8. The lady's working the store was nice and informative. She explained to us that the reason the use bought Alfredo sauce is because "it isn't a thing" in Italy . I'll be back to try the Carbonara spaghetti soon. The jams were playing so iykyk. read more

This food is absolutely and undeniably delicious. I have a really sensitive system and I can't eat a lot of grain without paying for it. The ingredients here are brought in from Italy. I can eat pizza and pasta from this place with zero issues. Not only is it high quality, but it passes the kid test. My 5 and 15 year old absolutely love all of the food. This was so good and fresh and light! We had the cucumber salad, margherita pizza, garlic bread sticks, and cannoli delivered. As soon as we smelled it, we knew we were in for a treat. Even the salad! Seriously, as soon as I started to pry open it's container and got a whiff, it smelled so good! The pizza was light, the crust crisp and chewy, the basil flavor lightly suffused... Delicious pizza at a hidden-gem location. The service was above and beyond, with the restaurant owner coming out to talk to us - she was so nice and told us how the pizza we ordered is made with REAL ingredients, not processed junk. I found it interesting she has a chemistry background and brought that passion and knowledge to making pizza dough and the sauces used. The space is cozy and can be intimate (we sat at a 2 person table). Lots of folks seemed to be doing takeout too, so that's another great option. read more

This must be a newly established place. Still have new restaurant's issues with orders. Would highly suggest that you order ahead for dine out. The inside is very small and very limited seating. Overall there it was alright food, we had the pizza and flat bread. Again it wasn't anything special about the pizza, it was just okay. If you are in the area and it might be worth a stop.
