The mistake shouldn't have happened but it did. I accept that but my big complaint is with the manager on duty. He lied to me twice in about 30 sec. ( she went down in person so they didn't mess it up which they managed to do anyway) Second he said that she was told to bring back the old sandwiches to get the new ones. He absolutely did not mention that. I can't stand a liar!! The right thing for him to do was to give my son the correctly made order and accept/ admit that it was their mistake. I was also happy I could add banana peppers since the green peppers give me indigestion and I cannot eat them.
