As for eating on the patio, there was a bunch of trash just blowing around, napkins, cups, etc. I felt like helping clean it up, but the staff didn't care. I'm hoping they had an off day. Order first, grab a soda from the many refrigerators on the wall and wait for your food. They'll stick your tray on the counter but don't call out that it is ready so if it's busy keep your eyes open. We ordered four kinds of tacos: Carne asada (steak) - it was tender enough and well cooked but seriously lacking in flavor compared to the others that we tasted. Chicken - decent tender chicken shreds albeit a bit plain. Chicharron - small pieces of crispy pork rind that right before serving in the tacos are tossed in a spicy tomato sauce. Very good but you have to eat this one instantly when served otherwise the crispy pork rind starts to get mushy and chewy. Very delicious sauce! Pork al Pastor - Seriously the best of the four. Normally al pastor are made with the pork cooked in layers on a vertical split and served with some pineapple. Since this isn't a very busy place they don't do the volume required for having that kind of spit and they cook marinated chunks of pork on the grill. The marinade was very flavorful and strong and I would order these again the next time we are in the area and decide to eat here. One of the folks in our group had the multiple meat hamburger. It had a beef patty, some baloney like meat, a grilled piece of ham, a split hotdog, and bacon! They have lots of Hispanic and Mexican soft drinks as well as Pepsi products but very little in terms of low calorie drinks. Just Diet Pepsi and then three or four versions of flavored, unsweetened waters like Topo Chico. A very good value relative to the ski town where we are staying.

Both were delicious and served with love. You order in the counter first and then they bring your food to you. Service is pretty efficient too. We usually sit at the bar in the back and there is open mic on Wednesday evenings. The performers are good. In fact, we haven't heard a bad performer yet. The fried chicken salad is great and the honey mustard dressing is made in house and a must try, even if you get it on the side. Their burgers are juicy and amazing. I recommend the Castle Peak with fries. Every time we've gone, the service has been top notch. The bartenders are personable and prompt. They seem to know everyone there as well, which is always a good thing. One thing to note is that parking for the restaurant can be limited, but usually we can find a spot.

I was handed a water cup, my friend said he had a drink on his order, so she handed him a cup. I then went to use the restroom when my brother picked up our order and the lady didn't give us our cup for the beverage on our order. I went up to let her know that we had a drink on our order, she was reluctant to hand us a cup but she did. Didn't ask any question... About 5 mins later after we started eating, she made a point to print out a receipt and walked to our table, slammed the receipt in the middle of our table in the middle of our conversation, to say that I only ordered one drink. I nod and said yes. I have a water cup and my brother had the drink cup from just now. She then said I gave you 2 drink cups and you only paid for one. I seriously had to look at her and say, you gave my friend, pointing to him across the table, a cup. You gave me a water cup, could you please check his order too to ensure you're not speaking out of term? Can we go back to have you print out his receipt too? She then realized that they had more food in front of them not on the same ticket as my order. Then said her manager had asked... I question that because she was the only one in the front counter the whole time since we walked in and when we left, there was not another manager "asking her to verify" if I had paid for two drinks. She walked away from our table without saying anything regarding her rude behavior, not looking for an apology, but just a simple - Oops. She could come over and simple said, "Excuse me, I believe I gave you 2 beverage cups but I only saw one on your order..." Anything could hopefully be a better experience than deliberately printing the receipt, walked over, interrupt our conversation while slapping the receipt on our table. From reading the reviews, maybe Wendy's needs to provide more customer service training... but frankly, they're probably just happy someone is willing to work and maybe training is minimal. Food was ok, smaller portion due to shrinkflation. If you do go to this location, please order at the counter and have them print you out a receipt so you won't be called a thief.
