I've been coming here for a couple of years. Crystal always does a very throughout job! I've been other places where I feel they miss spots during laser treatments. Vivian just did my last (March 2016) treatment and I felt she did a very throughout job as well. I came for my first 8 sessions on Bikini and underarms and now only for touch ups. 1 star for the new management. I have been coming to this place for 4 years. I called to make an appointment last month, a very rude, mean person picked up a phone; since the voice was not familiar I asked how much the charge will be for the same areas as before, she quoted me $60 more and said this is a new price. Used to like the place, not anymore. You better keep your loyal customers happy to get more referrals out of them not to rip them off. read more

As nice as the nurses are I feel I must warn people about my laser hair removal experience here. I went for a total of 3 sessions targeting full legs, bikini, underarm and later adding lower back and stomach. After my first session with nurse #1 my bikini area did not react well and I was left with dark spots so they provided bleaching cream and told me it would slowly go away and it has been slowly fading so I went in for session 2 with Nurse #2 and they decided it was best to hold off on my bikini area until I heal further and nothing bad resulted of that session treating all other body parts. Then came session 3 on 4/28/18 with the same Nurse #2 who took me to a different room with a machine that according to them the only difference is that it carries settings for darker skin type patients & for lighter skin type patients. This session I paid $200 for full legs, underarm, stomach, and lower back. Hours later I got huge red bumps all over my legs and was extremely itchy in that area. None of the other parts (underarm, stomach, lower back) that were treated the same day had this reaction, so I sent them pictures and they told me I had an allergic reaction to their laser machines and cannot proceed treatments with them because of this. They suggested some Benadryl and could not explain why only that part of my skin during only this session resulted this way. This was the 3rd time with consistent sessions and I was extremely cautious about their homecare following each procedure. If it were the first session I would understand how this isn't their fault and if I'm allergic that's the only way to find out, but this wasn't, and it could have been prevented. I tried to resolve this directly with them, but the manager did not want to connect me with the owner to resolve this problem, so even if the first or even second session everything looks ok this will not guarantee anyone from suddenly being allergic. I sincerely hope this helps so nobody else will have to go through this. read more

Botoxed my frow with a Groupon...In and out in a matter of 15 minutes. The receptionist and nurse were friendly and the center was nice and clean. They don't ice you before they poke you (just clean the area) yet somehow the poke isn't painful. I would definitely go back as this is the only place I've had Botox injected without bruising. read more

This review is 4 months late but it is not easy for me to say bad things about businesses. SLS made me wait close to 1 hour then sent me home for getting laser hair removal 5 weeks prior even though I had hair growth and no idea this policy was so rigid, then neglected to call me back to reschedule the week of a wedding I was a bride's maid for. It has been 4 months!!! I have spent thousands of dollars in the span of 2 years and still no compassion from these people!!!! I was left almost in tears in their office. I told the receptionist " please help me, i have a wedding in 3 days and hair growth all over my back." She looked me straight in the eye and said okay but I have not heard a damn thing from this pathetic excuse for a business since I walked out. I went home and frantically searched yelp and was able to book an appointment the next day with New Look! I told them about the situation and they were so much more understanding. I really felt like they cared more than the SLS. The staff at New Look goes over their policies with you when you book an appointment, they call you the night before AND when you check in, so you're not sent back home for not following ridiculously rigid rules like SLS did to me!! I don't know if this place is under new management but they really need to get it together. If I could I would give them ZERO stars. When you are in the business of treating patients you have to be kind, compassionate and communicate clearly and obviously follow up! Do not go here they will take your money for years then leave you out in the cold when you need them the most! read more

The worst laser center! I went there for almost two years and after 12 sessions only my legs are barely ok! And worse than that is their behavior and consultation. I have been coming here monthly for the past year but I won't be coming back. I don't know if it's because they are under new management or what but the new employees were so unprofessional and rude! Worst customer service I've had in a long time. I went in with a friend for our 2:30 appointment. Upon arrival they let us know that they were running a few minutes late. Then at 3:00 another client walks in and tells the receptionist that she doesn't have an appointment but would wait. The nurse comes out at 3:15 and takes her back. I let the nurse know that we were next and she informs me that it will just be a few more minutes. I ask the receptionist if we were next, but she ignores me, tells the nurse to take the other lady without an appointment to the back, and picks up a phone call without acknowledging me whatsoever. We walk out and the receptionist calls my cell phone a few minutes later. I told her that it was rude that she let the other woman go ahead of us and she says... "it is what it is..." What it is... Is that we will never be coming back!!! I have referred all of my friends, but I am extremely disappointed in how rude and unprofessional the new staff is. read more
