Bartender loves music requests. Credit cards welcome. Bartender loved being tickled. I've often been given free cigarettes from the bartender. Truly a nyc gem.

Quality NYC bar with a Ukrainian connection! Great music and service with a nice selection of beers and plenty of liquor / cocktail options. They serve food as well from the Ukrainian restaurant located behind the bar. Can't wait to come back for pierogis!!!

It was okay! The drinks were very small for $7. The best deal is definitely the PBR and a shot. Kind of a weird vibe. Attached are the prices!

Wow this staff is an entire new level of rude. I came in at 6:20pm on Friday at 6/21/2019 and I was the second person in the bar. The bat tender, she took the man next to me drink order and I was clearly next and she decided to recount her entire drawer countless singles and then approach the guy next to me again and then look at me and say what do you need. At that point I said water. Her aura was dark and bothered. I stayed a few while I waited for my 10 co workers to meet me here and then a bar back screamed at us and told us to move because we were taking up too much room.. not sure what he is talking about. Never coming back here. Here is the bartender and here is the bar back. Heads up NYC.

    That's it!!!

After making a semi-spontaneous decision to spend the summer of 2011 in Ukraine, I knew I had to have "dosvidanya" drinks at a Ukrainian bar.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with champagne, which immediately set the tone for a special evening. Our server, Daniel, was beyond amazing. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our anniversary meaningful. It never felt forced just thoughtful, polished hospitality. The team went above and beyond when we brought our wedding cake (which had been frozen for a year). Not only did they accommodate it without hesitation, they helped decorate and present it beautifully you would have thought it had been baked that same day. It was such a touching moment for us, and they handled it with care and enthusiasm. As for the food: incredible. The steak tartare was perfectly balanced and beautifully prepared. The tuna was fresh and vibrant. And the Beef Wellington... honestly one of the best I've had in New York City. Perfectly cooked, rich, elegant, and absolutely worthy of a celebration dinner. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance: romantic, warm, refined but relaxed. It felt special without being stiff. If you're looking for a place to celebrate something meaningful, this is it. We will absolutely return.

Our server didn't check up on us, and seemed to want us to leave quickly after dropping off the check.
