The carnitas themselves are the star--tender, juicy pork that's been slow-cooked to perfection with that signature crispy edge on some pieces, delivering rich, savory flavor without being overly greasy. It's seasoned just right, with a nice balance of porky goodness and subtle spices that let the meat shine. Wrapped in a large, fresh flour tortilla (they make their own in-house, which always helps), it's stuffed generously with the classics: fluffy Mexican rice, creamy refried or whole beans (depending on your preference, but both work great), chopped onions, cilantro, and a solid dose of salsa. I went with their green salsa for a bright, tangy kick that cuts through the richness perfectly, plus a dollop of sour cream and cheese for that creamy melt. No skimping on portions here--it's hearty and filling, easily a meal that satisfies for hours. At around $10 (give or take, based on current pricing), it's a great value in the area. The burrito holds together well without falling apart mid-bite, and the overall balance of textures--tender meat, soft rice/beans, crisp onions--makes every mouthful enjoyable. If you're in the mood for classic carnitas done right in a casual, bakery-taqueria spot with great salsas and a friendly vibe, this one's definitely worth grabbing. I'd rate it 4.5 out of 5--only docking half a point because it's not reinventing the wheel, but it's executing the traditional style exceptionally well. Highly recommend if you're near 728 N Tustin St in Orange! Pair it with an horchata, yum

Quality has come down in the past years. Service was friendly, clean and responsive. Food had a…read morehigher quality taste and preparation. Now they sometimes answer a question, look at you like you are wasting their time, give you the wrong information or input the wrong request. Their method of delivery of food lacks organization. A simple item can take over half an hour to deliver but someone else that arrived after (who ordered a bigger and more complex item) will get their food beforehand. Several times people have to ask to correct their order once prepared and given. Things go missing or are not the right order. The food quality does not seem to be consistent. Sometimes it feels cold and not as fresh like in years past. The ingredients used feel like they come from a can. Less ingredients and smaller item size has been noticeable for tortas and tacos. Some people will get more of an ingredient than others. The size of other items ordered varies. You can order same as your companion and get something that looks and tastes different. The hand made tortillas you could buy still taste somewhat similar. The bakery side still seems to hold up to tradition and taste. The cleanliness of the place has also changed. It is a bit less kept. The sitting area can get filled up quickly by a single person or groups during peak times.

I was originally tempted to stay for churros, but the girls wanted to explore the Packing House, and this turned out to be a great choice! After walking around and checking out all the dessert options, we came back to Parfait Paris. Everything in the display case looked beautiful, making it hard to decide. I ordered the Káiser, and it was as pretty as it was delicious. The combination of marzipan and fresh strawberries was unique, balanced, and not overly sweet. It was freshly made, beautifully presented, and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. Everyone in our group enjoyed their desserts, and it was the perfect way to end a graduation celebration. The staff was friendly, the desserts came out quickly, and the quality was excellent. If you're visiting the Anaheim Packing House and looking for a delicious dessert or a sweet treat after dinner, Parfait Paris is absolutely worth stopping by. We'll definitely be back!

I also didn't appreciate the attitude given when we asked for separate boxes for this and a slice of cake. Not sure if they were having a bad day or what, but we were delivering the slice to a family member in a nursing home and it was awkward to do this in the single box. I was going to let this go, but the dry bread pudding when I finally got home reminded me....

Usually parking here isn't too bad if you're staying for less than an hour and easy to walk over to the dessert shop. Baked Banhs is located in the 4th street food market, one of the first shops you'll see if you're coming from the parking lot. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés. They are soft/moist on the inside with a nice crunch. And the different flavors really come through. Our favorite is the black sesame - not only is there black sesame peppered on the top but also in the center with a nice black sesame cream. It's so good and delicious. Four canelés cost $16 and thought they were well worth the price. Again, it's so sad to hear that Baked Banhs is closing soon so if you're a fan of canelés or other desserts, recommended to come sooner than later to try this out! We really hope they reopen again elsewhere or do a lot of pop-ups soon.
