BIG OL' BOX OF COOKIES - $40 hand delivered within a day! SO fresh and SO delicious!!

The one with fruity pebbles is my FAVORITE! I ordered a Big Ol' Box o Cookies one night and it was delivered the following afternoon - great speedy delivery! The only thing I will say is the Big Ol Box looked much larger on the website and it almost looks like I may have been given the Top Dog Box instead on accident which is a little bit of a bummer due to the price difference. And I would have appreciated a little more variety in the box but it was still delicious! Let's face it My house probably doesn't need those extra cookies to eat anyway Everyone's doing their best right now and SIFT Bakery is DEFINITELY STILL THE BEST!

    Cereal killer

Best cookies ever. Perfect combo of sweet and salty. Love the different combos of cookies, they're all bomb. The loaf was also really good too. Love itttt

Usually parking here isn't too bad if you're staying for less than an hour and easy to walk over to the dessert shop. Baked Banhs is located in the 4th street food market, one of the first shops you'll see if you're coming from the parking lot. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés. They are soft/moist on the inside with a nice crunch. And the different flavors really come through. Our favorite is the black sesame - not only is there black sesame peppered on the top but also in the center with a nice black sesame cream. It's so good and delicious. Four canelés cost $16 and thought they were well worth the price. Again, it's so sad to hear that Baked Banhs is closing soon so if you're a fan of canelés or other desserts, recommended to come sooner than later to try this out! We really hope they reopen again elsewhere or do a lot of pop-ups soon.

Of all the items were soo so yummy, and here is my ranking of each pastry I got: 7. raspberry almond cake: 7/10 lightly sweet and tart, thicker crumbly texture (which i'm not a fan of and should've known given it was an almond cake) 6. oaxacan cheese and tomato croissant: 8.5/10 had this one a day late which def could've affect taste/texture but the tomato sauce was strong in flavor and the cheese with it made such a delicious flavor pairing 5. rosemary focaccia: 9/10 aromatic and had great airy fluffy crispy texture 4. pain âu chocolat: 9.5/10 had this a day later, texture was not as flaky but crossiant still butter qnd the rolls?folds? still defined when taking bites into the crossiant. The chocolate was so rich and the perfect sweetness 3. monkey bread crossiant: 10/10 a pleasant surprise! sticky, sweet, crispy, with such a yummy texture 2. ube croffin: 10/10 the ube cream inside the croffin and the toasted vanilla cream on top were made so well, perfectly sweet and fluffy, both ube and vanilla flavors strong and prominent, the texture of the bread was airy and had a great chew 1. Croque Moniseur Crossiant sandwhich. 11/10 best bite! Loaded with flavor! There was a generous amount of meat and sauce. The jalapeños added a good level of spice and pickle. A filling and very worth it item!!! The staff were all friendly and the wait on a Saturday morning at 9:30AM was not too bad just 20 mins. Beware it is street parking! This is definitely my new favorite pastry spot. I need to go back to try different pastries very very soon!

Each item was well received by my family that we are already planning another visit next time we are in Santa Ana.

The pairings were: -Pocket Thai Tea + Thai ice cream -Lemon Thai Tea + Matcha brownie -Thai Breeze + Chocolate brownie -Bangkok Thai Tea + Thai brownie I never realized there were different types of Thai tea before this visit! They had Phuket Thai Tea and Bangkok Thai Tea, and they actually tasted very different. The Phuket Thai Tea was rich with a strong tea flavor, almost coffee-like. The Bangkok Thai Tea was smoother and milkier, which felt more like the classic Thai tea. My top pick was definitely the Phuket Thai Tea because I loved the bold tea flavor!!! The cookies were super fresh, soft, and chewy, and the drinks like the Lemon Thai Tea and Thai Breeze were really refreshing. The staff were very friendly and the service was quick!

We ordered three things; mint chocolate chip, rose, and milk and cereal. All with a bubble waffle cone. The service was disappointing, the guy who worked there seemed like he didn't care and it was just another job. No life to him and was just rude about asking the code for the bathroom. The mint and chip is basic. Nothing too much about it. My kids like it, so I got it. Average 3/5. The rose ice cream tasted like a rose, it was pretty good and very floral. The disappointing part is I was hoping the ice cream would be shaped like a rose as depicted on the picture. Nope, just a scoop and left it as is. 5/5 for taste and 0/5 for presentation. The milk and cereal one was actually pretty good. Especially with Frosted Flakes in it. It literally taste like cereal. 5/5. I would give it a higher star if the service complimented it and th presentation of the rose ice cream did.
