There are multiple mics and a phone holder for filming, which I thought was a nice touch. The room also had a vending machine. You pick your songs from a pad mounted to the wall and it does allow you to pick multiple songs and the order in which you'd like to play them. The system was pretty easy to figure out and explicit songs are marked. They do allow you to bring outside food to karaoke rooms which was great since I was able to give the kids real food in between the many different fun snacks they tried. You can decorate the rooms with approval and the woman working the counter was so helpful, offering things to hang the decorations with. There are claw machines and snacks in the lobby. There were many international snacks, sweet and savory, with different flavors. Everyone enjoyed trying the unique selections and the woman working the counter was happy to point out some of the best sellers and describe them.

She was lucky to snag the last two hours available on a Saturday. The day of the reservation was incredibly rainy. Just an awful day outside. I arrived 15 minutes before the reservation and the woman at the desk was gracious in showing me around and letting me start setting up. She even brought me push-pins and wall putty to tack up decorations. There is a candy/snack shop in the lobby, as well as a vending machine in the room, but they also allowed us to bring in our own snacks. The table in the center of the room was the perfect size for sandwiches and drinks. There was a large table at the front of the room, just under the TV that we could use, too. Because of the rain and an unexpected last-minute pick up, all of the children, and my girlfriend were running behind schedule. The woman said she was glad to give us a little extra time past our reservation as long as we cleaned-up after ourselves (which I had already promised I would do). She ended up giving us an extra 20 minutes. The karaoke was easy to manage via the iPad on the wall. You can search songs to play now or add to your queue. We also found a "quiz" section on the app, which I assume plays quizzes on the TV. Our party was in the "Black Room". The walls were painted black, with 2 comfy black couches and a small heart-shaped ottoman for-one. They provided 2 microphones with replaceable hygiene covers (thank you). There was also a tripod in the room for recording those selfies and Tikky-Tokky reels, if that's your thing. The kids were excited when I pointed it out, and used it immediately... for a 15 minute video. ‍ A tambourine was also provided on the front table, which makes for a fun time during those awkward musical breaks mid-song. Our kiddos were ages 11-12, so we weren't too concerned with the curse words in songs. The iPad showed a little "E" next to songs with explicit language, but I'm not sure if there is a way to filter so songs are edited, if that language or sexual references offend you. Even pop princess Sabrina Carpenter has some lyrics that felt a little uncomfortable to hear being sung by tweens. Again, we weren't overly concerned, so we didn't look for an option to block those songs. The snacks in the shop are moderate to pricey, but they are specially imported snacks from places like Japan, Korean, Sweden, etc., so expect to play $4-6 for a individual size bag of Japanese seaweed or egg flavored lays or Japanese white and dark chocolate Oreos. But -- they do have a rewards program, where you earn a point for every dollar spent. This includes items in the shop, where they sell stuffed animals and just about any K-Pop or little kitty themed item you want. I learned that "Kawaii" means "cute" in Korean.. so yea, they sell little cute things.. and have claw machines to earn more cute things. Once you spend $100, you'll earn a $10 credit. Needless to say, $10 credit earned and used this visit. The 2-hour reservation was $95.40 ($45/hr + tax). 8-people max. It looks like there are 2 karaoke rooms, and yes, you can rent out the entire place. I'm not sure the price, just ask. Overall, great experience. We'd definitely come back for another party. Now let me say, This Is Not Your Typical Karaoke. You perform with a live band and they are talented! So if you sing or not come check it out. Many venues to choose from, Jeffersonville River Stage; (by the way it's tonight) or Iroquois amphitheater and Wick's pizza at Goose Creek or New Albany In. Check the link for dates and times. By the way Iroquois amphitheater and Wicks and Iroquois- has tap brews with a semi full bar, plus Cheeser's food truck. All venues I've attended have clean facilities especially Iroquois Amphitheater. Kentucky of parking lots except The River Stage is mostly street. I will attend again. You can sign up ; on line or there is a kiosk. Side note; Iroquois had a few under 21 singers but none seen at Wick's. That's not a problem for me because everyone should have an opportunity to join in. I must say I will be performing tonight (just a little plug for myself from 7 till 8 as a warm up for the main show). It all started off as trying to offer something new with crowd engagement for our employees to cut loose. Once we reached out to FCK, we received nothing but hospitality. All of the band members are genuinely great people, and they encouraged everyone to participate. You don't have to be a good singer to get up and sing with FCK. They will help you through the entire thing, and the concept behind this is amazing! Our CEO was very impressed with the band, and how engaging they were with our employees. 1,000/10 all around!
