    Easy in and out. Usually very clean and with friendly staff. On this day the line was pretty long and slow though with only two lanes open.

    This neighborhood super market is conveniently located near the Azusa Metrolink station and 7-Eleven. I love the meat prices here. Once a week or so, they have specials that can't be beat on chicken thighs and sometimes ribs. They also have a good selection of frozen pizzas, ice cream and liquor. They're produce aisle is bountiful. They advertise warehouse prices in supermarket sizes and I would have to agree.

    My daughter works at Azusa store and had told them she was sick (she has runny nose sore throat and couldn't taste).WELL SINCE APPARENTLY THEY ARE DOCTORS they took her temp and since no fever BASICALLY TOLD HER "IF SHE GOES HOME SHE WONT HAVE A JOB"... My daughter went to work for the next 3-5 Days being a cashier. She finally couldn't take it and called her doctor. They sent her for a drive threw test and sure enough SHE WAS POSITIVE FOR COVID-19. Now maybe it's just me but apparently smart n final don't mind their employees being sick handling food that everyone eats at home. THANK YOU for allowing my child to be scared of losing her job and also allowing her to stay around the Public not knowing she was positive... GOD FORBID MY CHILD HAD DIES FROM THIS WOULD THEY EVEN CARE?

Expressed with rudeness to couple that there were no cashiers and he need to help in self check out. I proceeded to pay and as everything played in front of me I had to speak out loud to him you should have patience and watch the way you talk to them. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like someone thanking to your parents that way. No response from him and he proceeded to scan the items. Manager or employee shouldn't be speaking to customers with that response or that tone. If you don't have cashiers before you open the store to customers, you shouldn't be opening the doors then. Very unprofessional and urgently require management skills, priority skills when running a supermarket. Star should be a negative

This means that I find some type of oddball excitement on Tuesday where I go online, or on the phone app to look at the new deals. I've taken a liking to the Albertsons (Vons) apps in particular because of these money-savers, but on some special Fridays, I find products like Thrifty brand ice cream for sale. But it's not just for the flavors, but that nostalgia just hits home! Other deals slap, but this is just one that excites my household. lol Back to the store. The staff is so nice here and I really want to emphasize on this. The lady at the deli was super helpful and pleasant when I ordered fresh cold cuts. To top it off, I went to the meat department afterwards, and the lady there was just as sweet. Customer service at this location is unbeatable. I've only been at this location a handful of times but they are always great here. I haven't read too much of the other reviews for this location, so if there are bad experiences with this staff and you disagree that they are great, I just might have to fight you to defend my new friends. Anyway, love this clean, service-oriented store.

I want to be clear-- I love this Walmart. The store itself is always well-stocked, and the staff throughout the rest of the location are consistently helpful and friendly. That's exactly why this stood out so much. I waited about two and a half hours for my oil change. The wait itself wasn't the issue, I understand these things take time. What I cannot excuse is the complete lack of communication from the Auto Service Center staff. No updates, no acknowledgment, nothing. A little transparency goes a long way. I eventually asked to speak with the manager Jeff . He was an absolute gentleman respectful, professional, and went above and beyond by personally working on my truck himself. That told me everything. The standard is there; the problem is the staff not meeting it. The workers in that Auto Service Center need to shape up. The manager showed exactly how it should be done. If he can lead by example like that, there's no excuse for the rest of the team to fall so short. Do better -- your customers deserve it.
