I went to the meat counter and noticed that they were all out of my favorite. I asked the butcher if they had any in the back and he says no they were out of them, but he could make some for me right there. He got plain skewers and got the sauce from the refrigerator and made them right there on the spot. Talk about outstanding customer service. This was just fantastic and I thanked him several times because I knew he didn't have to do it. This was about 1130 today Friday unfortunately I didn't catch his name but wanted to pass on this.

Unfortunately, this experience left me frustrated and hesitant to return. I'd rather make the drive to a larger Middle Eastern market where inventory is more reliable and I feel more confident about the accuracy of my bill.
