We needed to have pest control take a look at a rental house where our tenants had some experience with mice and ants. Josh was not only efficient in his response to my Yelp request for help, but he was very responsive to my calls and emails. He was able to work his schedule to accommodate my tenant's limited availability. He communicated with me while at the site to give me an update and offered up solutions. Met Josh and his dad through another crawlspace company specializing in cleaning crawl and attic space. We called the latter to inspect the house after discovering some rodent droppings (which is new to us). Crawl space folks said that we would need to seal up the whole house first and trap anything inside. Once that's all done, we would proceed with replace insulation in attic and cleaning the crawlspace. I cannot day enough good things about Josh. He and his dad spent a whole day under the crawl space, in the attic, inside and outside to try and locate/seal up any possible mouse/rat entry point. Josh is very responsive, patient, and has come over on several occasions to check on traps and to address any other issues I have noticed. We had a very good experience with Josh. We'd paid for rat proofing before without good results and our attic and crawl space were full of them again (despite being still under warranty with another company that did not respond to repeated problems). It wasn't cheap, but Josh and his crew created strong barriers to rats getting into (and out of) the attic and crawl space, gave us a good warranty, and came back several times to make sure the rats still inside were gone. They even went beyond the original work to put mesh over our air intakes when the rats started coming into the home after they couldn't get outside anymore.
