In March 2021, I called Integrity Pest Control to come to my home because I noticed rodent droppings in my garage, and heard rodents running around in my attic, in addition to seeing them. Randy the owner, came out and did a full inspection. I got the classic salesman's speech, saying all the right things, referring to me as "my friend" and telling me that his company would take care of the rodent problem that I was having. When I asked about time frame he said about 30-60 days, which was what I heard from other companies as well. It was apparent that my signing the contract was more important to him than my questions, as he pulled up a chair in the garage, took out his laptop and proceeded to prepare the agreement and ask me to sign. I trusted he would do what he said and based on the Google and Yelp reviews, I had no reason to doubt him. May 2021, I called and talked to Randy, told him things were not getting any better with the rodent problem, and wasn't there anything else that could be done. Randy came out to my house, walked through and told me to "Be patient" and "we'll get them" and "you'll need a brush guard on your garage door" and "Did you leave a review yet?" and left. September 2021, still no brush guard on door, even though I was more than willing to pay the $40.00 he said it would cost. When I questioned the technician that did the service he said " I'll ask Randy about it." December 2021, I found several holes in my garage with drywall damage from the rodents eating through the walls to get into garage area. I texted the technician immediately made it clear to him, I was not a happy customer. He said " I wasn't aware you had a rodent problem!!" I called Randy and made it clear to him of the damage to my property. He said he would come out again, he saw the drywall damage and put all the blame on the technician. He said " I was not informed or aware that you had a rodent problem!!" Told me once again he would "take care of the problem." January 2022, Randy said his technician would be out every week to get it under control, and that he would be back on Friday of the same week and install garage door brush guard. Needless to say, Randy was a no-show on Friday. His technician came out the next week and moved the location of the bait station to a different spot, didn't say if he filled it or even if it was empty. Said he "Would get back to me." That was the end of the "weekly inspections." One 5 minute stop, to do nothing. February 2022, I paid for pest control services for one year with this company, I was "patient," and it was ample time for any efficient company to be able to get the problem under control. I don' write, if ever, a negative review, but if my year of misplaced trust in this company can spare anyone from going through the property damage and frustration caused by trusting this company then it's worth my time to write this. This is absolutely the best pest control company in the area. Randy, his son David and the entire Integrity Pest Management team are honest, reliable, punctual, very responsive and reasonably priced. They are also very nice, kind and patient, and truly care about the wellbeing of the household pets and wildlife in general. I live in the countryside and my house and garage were overrun by spiders and earwigs and other creepy crawly bugs, and Integrity Pest took care of the whole problem after their first visit. They are coming for scheduled maintenance every 2 months now and I haven't seen any spiders or bugs inside my house, and the ones I see in the garage or outside are dead! I was concerned about the safety of the spray and rodent poison they use because I have indoor/outdoor cats, but the chemicals they use are completely safe for pets, people and even small wildlife like squirrels (but they get the job done on spiders and other bugs!). Bed Bugs worst nightmare. We had a recent experience with Bed Bugs in our 35 foot trailer. We had tried bug bombs, spraying, and everything else we could think of, and nothing helped. We found Randy Ash with Integrity Pest Control on the net. We had researched the problem and found that heat was the only way that you will ever kill these critters. Spraying them will only make them mad. We contacted several pest control places and got a variety of quotes. All of them said they would spray, none of them used heat, and they provided no guarantee that it would work. That is because it wont. Heating the space up to as high as 140 degrees and maintaining that temperature for several hours is the only thing that will reach all the hidden bugs. (By the way, the heat process also kills any other pests like fleas, spiders, etc.) I had many questions about the process, and Randy took all of my calls and was very informative about all the prep work that was needed. (140 degrees is pretty hot, so a lot of stuff had to be removed from the trailer). Randy and his assistant showed up on time with all the equipment needed and were very professional. They stayed all day, constantly monitoring the temperature inside. When everything was done, he gave us information on preventing this from happening again. So, was it all worth it? I would give Mr. Randy Ash and Integrity Pest Control six out of five stars. We are now bug free, and I feel like I made a new friend in the process. My fiance and I are new to the home owning game and have been extatic at our new home in Vacaville. Imagine my surprise and disgust to find a couple of creepy crawlies in our garage, only weeks after moving in! I called up Randy at Integrity and left a message on a Thursday at 12:30 and received a text from him a minute later telling me he'd call me back shortly. 45 minutes later I received a call and we spoke about the problems we were having. After attempting home treatments that failed and 50+ flea bites on my little guy alone, I decided it was time for a professional to treat our new home we just purchased. It was only a couple weeks since we moved in and my two younger boys had over 100 flea bites combined! The previous owners had "indoor" cats and left us with a huge infestation. We got our roof, solar panels, and gutters cleaned by Integrity Pest Management. They really did great job on cleaning all the birds waist and heavy dust from all bad air condition after all the fire in north Bay Area. Thy did also excellent job on installing the wire net all over under the solar panel and some nook under the roof, which will preventing Pigeons and birds are settling down building their nests. We have a whole family of pigeons living in the nook under our roof. But the problems is solved. Their service fee is very reasonable and the quality of the work and time management are excellent. Randy and his crew are amazing!! We were dealing with a nightmare bed bug infestation at the beginning of this year. My oldest son works at a hotel and brought them home with him! We knew we needed the professionals to come in and Randy really rescued us! He came to our home and did a walk through with us and we talked with him for awhile and came up with a plan to do the heat treatment. Slow to answer calls and texts, changes appointment times often, totally slipped (forgot about) a couple of appointments, they only put out the same poisons and glue traps for my mice/rat problem that I had already put out myself that I purchased on Amazon.... I had to go up in the attic to put out traps because the guy didn't want to go up there (he did later go up there with me, but he didn't want to) Not worth the money.... The owner is really nice and good to talk to, but they just aren't that reliable, which makes it not worth the extra expense.... As inconvenient as they are, you can do everything yourself on your own time, and save plenty of money..... at least that's how it's been for me. Oh, and I can also spray the perimeter of my house with bug spray myself for about $10 per treatment with a battery powered sprayer from home Depot.... I hate to write this review, because the owner does seem like such a great guy. read more

I give IPM five stars for several reasons. Randy who is the owner came to my house and did a thorough inspection, he was very professional, and quoted for me a fair price. The work he has done is above and beyond what I have known or expected. I could definitely see the pride of ownership! Come to find out that this is a start up company... Randy recently moved here from Alabama to be with his children and moved his business here. I have found that you can get better service from smaller companies where the owner is in charge of the operations. I also like supporting local businesses. This company is definitely a win. My dogs have been dealing with flees for years. They've been scratching a lot through out the years. I decided to give Integrity a try to do a full contract service for my house and do the back a front yard treatment for fleas. Integrity Pest Management was incredible. I found them through a Google ad, so wasn't sure what to expect, but our experience was top-notch and I highly recommend their service. Randy came out within about 2 hours after I called on a Saturday, when everyone else we called said we would have to wait until Tuesday or later. He was extremely knowledgeable, which is probably due to him being in the business for a very long time, both in Alabama and here in the Bay Area. Randy did a quick appraisal of our situation. He spent the whole time he was working explaining what kinds of things he was looking for, the details of all the different species of bugs one might be concerned with in the area (the call was prompted by some recent bites we've been getting), and told us interesting stories of some of the horrors he has seen in his long career in pest management as he went. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable about the chemistry of the products he uses as well as how they work with the biology of the different insects and their natural patterns of behavior (for example, explaining in great detail how different polymers are needed for different purposes and types of insect, even apart from the insecticide itself). He was very friendly in addition to being so knowledgeable and competent, and offers a solid sense of confidence in managing all types of creepy critters that are surely as much a psychological problem as a physical one for many people. We live in a very spidery area with all kinds of other potential pests, and ended up signing up for a regular service to help keep the unwanted fauna at bay long-term. His prices were fair and reasonable, and he also put a lot of effort into explaining the different kinds of services and contracts he offers so that we were well-informed in our purchase. Lastly, we have quite a large garden in our backyard where we grow all kinds of food, and he was also very conscientious of what works around edible plants to avoid any accidental contamination, which he also explained to us in quite a bit of detail. In sum, I highly recommend Randy and Integrity Pest Management. This guy knows his stuff, offers fantastic customer service, is very responsive, and does a great job at educating as he goes.
