I went to another phone repair shop that apparently has closed recently so I come over to this one and as soon as I walk in the guy barely looked at me and mumbles "we're closed". I didn't hear him so I continued to walk in, smile at him and say "hi" and he says again "we're closed". Its not even 4:30 on a Thursday and there's no sign up on the door, the door is open and you tell me that you're closed? No customer service. No customer here. read more

Very satisfied with the work that was done here. I came in with a blacked out screen and a logic board that was messed up. They were able to fix the logic board and return my phone in 100% working condition. Only down fall was the communication on my iPhone. I had to call several times for updates, since they weren't communicating with me. It ended up taking 24 hrs to be ready. However they were also very busy. At the end of the day my phone is fixed and I would definitely come back for any other phone repairs. read more

Went to get my IPhone 6 repaired with Danny and it was a big mistake. The sign says that the repair is only $59 but that's all a lie they actually charged me $150. now that's not even the worst part when I returned they said something went wrong with the repair and the phone didn't want to turn on. You would think paying that much money would be a professionally done repair well was I wrong about that. instead I found another repair shop on Winchester by the santanas burritos and Starbucks. This place has way better prices and is actually honest about what they charge. The best part is that they got my phone to work again which is a blessing because I need it for my work. read more

I was in this store to get a phone(galaxy s7) bought on ebay to working order. The owner even reloaded the updated software! The person working was helpful. However while I was in the shop I witnessed the negative customers this shop deals with. This person was rude and threatened the owner, all over the phones backing popping off that he clearly dropped. This guy is an entrepreneur and some of the customers come in to his business with negative attitudes at the start. The business is a yes or no shop if he can fix it then it will be fixed. If he says no then be mature and leave. I would recommend this store to people who need a screen fix battery replaced or other fixes that the retail stores say "You need a new phone." The owner dealt with me fairly and repaired the phone as requested. "Common courtesy is not a common virtue." read more

Thanks guys! If I break my screen again I will totally come here to fix it! They were able to replace three things for what other places were charging for one item!!! Now I have a new LCD display, charge port, and battery. They even threw in a free glass screen protector. My phone will surely last me at least a year or two more. I'm still holding out for the new Note or iPhone and didn't want to invest into an iPhone 7+ or S8 since I know I won't be happy with them. My Note 5 works great for now!! On another note I do wish their labor warranty was longer than 30 days. Also, building is hard to find so if you see which wich, and Rubios...it's directly to the left. I originally had an appointment set at the Apple Store for my cracked screen. After I spent an hour at the Apple Store trying to remember my iCloud password before they even took my phone I ended up having to cancel to go home to find my password. I walked into Smart Phone Repair with no appointment no iCloud password and the repaired my cracked screen in an hour for almost half the price as apple. This was the worst customer service and or care that I have received in a very long. Let's just say that the urge to satisfy the customer was not there. For starters, I brought my Samsung tablet into this store because my LED screen was for lack of better words not functioning properly. The young caucasian fella at the front desk was helpful. I showed him the problem by turning it on and he agrees that could be fixed by Saturday, no problem. So I paid $100 up front to show that I was serious. Shook hands, received my receipt and went on my with my day. Saturday rolls around and I couldn't make it so I stop in the following Saturday. The tablet wasn't fixed because the owner/ tech said he didn't work. So I remind the gentleman at front desk who witnesses me turn it that he knows it works. The tech comes from whatever he was doing and I show him that it works. At this point I'm a little frustrated but maintain my composure. So now that it is on I ask when can I expect it to be fixed and he said tomorrow. So I say, what happened to courtesy phone call to the customer? Of course I get the look as if I made magic happen and then I explain that I do not have the luxury to keep coming back and fourth. He assured me the next day without a question. I said to him, I didn't hesitate to pay you for the service and that this isn't good business. He says, I can refund the money with a attitude like I was wrong. Now I go in on him professionally and let me know that your business is a necessity in Temecula and this type of customer service will be heard. Then the gentleman at the front desk whispers something to the tech/owner who is of some Asian decent but is irrelevant, just painting the picture. So now I check them both and the apologies are raining in or just fear that I was going to act a certain way. So I wrap it up with, when is the tablet going to be fixed and call me if anything changes, I checked for acceptance and then left. Later in the evening, I get phone call from the gentleman at the front desk explaining to me that he was reminding him that the tablet worked. He also says that he is sorry and indirectly give me the knowledge that this isn't the first time something like this has happened. Middle of the week I get a phone call from the same gentleman saying the tablet was ready for pick up, I said cool, never mentioning when i was coming to pick it up. I show up Saturday with the mindset that maybe I will be compensated for their ignorance and refund me at least 15% for my troubles. I pick it up, owner/tech not there just the gentleman who works this counter. I get home and notice my stylist was missing so I immediately called and was told to pick it up today that they had. Today I go get the stylist and guess what, he wasn't where the gentleman left it. Inside I'm like ok relax. I'm glad I did because immediately the gentleman at the front desk calls the tech/owner and was told that he has it in his vehicle and that he was 3 minutes out. I take a seat and wait, the owner shows up and sees me and his face was priceless, the complete look of guilt. He hands it to me and immediately takes off. End of the day, I will not go back there and truly recommend you find another location for services. read more

Went to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed here. After I got my phone I noticed the glass screen was too thick and didn't look right. Also shortly after using my phone my screen went black. I don't recommend coming here, so I just decided to get my phone fix else where in the area. read more

Brian did a great job fixing our phones - we brought 2 in, an iPhone 5 & a 6s. Prices for both were super considerate. $59 for the 5 and $79 for the 6s. Where else do you find that?? The phones look like new and he even hooked us up with screen protectors for both. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. 5 outta 5 recommend. Let's hope I don't ever have to get my screen replaced again, but if I did I would definitely come back here! read more
