Brought my iPhone here to be repaired. I was having software & motherboard issues. They told me they'd called later that day to let me know what the issue was & how much it would be to fix. 2 days goes & still haven't heard in I have to drive back 15 minutes to their store because they aren't answering the phone. These clowns lost the passcode I gave them to my phone & hadn't even started working on it. They said they'll have it done in a day. Called no answer I drive up to the store again & this time they tell me they more time to run more test & they finally give me the price of the repair ($65). At this point my phone has been with them a full week & im pretty annoyed I happened to be going to the donut shop next door & popped in to see the status & what do you know they need a few more days, I pop back into the store 2 days later after a total of 11 days my phone is finally "fixed".. they weren't even going tot call me to let me know my phone was ready even when they know I'm eager to get it back being that I've been to their store almost 5 times in the last 11 days. On top of the terrible customer service these guys tried to finesse me & rip me off & charge almost $20 more than what they told me. I was told 65 he tries to charge me 80. & the biggest discount they wanted to give me was $5 that wouldn't even cover the gas I spent driving back & forth to their location & I explained that to him & they didn't give one single F then started making up lies saying it took so long because they didn't wipe my data out which is a terrible lie because I told them I backed everything up to iCloud before giving them my phone so don't care if everything is wiped. After calling the owner he lowers the price back to what they tell me but are now refusing to give me my $5 off. Honestly at this point I wanted to punch the clerk in the face after all the lies he kept telling me that would fly past a normal person but I use to fix phones for a living during college & know 99% of the things that came out of their employees mouths were lies. I believe the same guy owns another phone repair store next door to rubios & where which wich Sandwiches use to be. Moral of the story don't trust these clowns if you need you phone fixed a short amount of time the only thing their good for is repairing cracked screens which any body could do if they watched a YouTube videos. Oh yeah forgot to mention my phone is no longer working again!!!! So get take my happy self there 1 last time to get my money back. read more

Do Not Go Here. I failed to read the reviews before I gave them 250$ to replace parts of my phone that they never replaced. I was in a rush and desperate to get the phone fixed quickly that I didn't read the reviews about how this place rips you off. It feels like a hustle in here, based on the high price and lack of accountability when they don't actually fix your devices. The phone does not work at all, so I had to get a new one after wasting 250$. When I brought it in to have them look at it again I dropped it (with the case on ) from a couple feet just before I walked into their store. They hadn't even popped my screen back in all the way so when I dropped it, the corner of the screen cracked again because it wasn't seated in the back. They took no responsibility for any of this, and I am out all of that money, PLUS I had to buy a new phone. Also, from what I understand now, places like this don't replace with new Apple parts, yet they told me that's what I got. I would give zero stars if I could. Beware. read more

I had my iPhone 7 glass repaired here. When I got it back I noticed whatever 2nd hand glass they used had a blue tint to it, and the touch screen is not completely consistent. I.e. when texting it doesn't recognize, I have to hit the home button and go back like you needed to reset. When applying the tempered glass screen protector, the glass cracked when rubbing an air bubble out with very little pressure. (I only had this for 2 days) took it back over there. I took it back in and explained the situation. when the kid was messing with it he cracked the corner. The glass split all the way to the corner from him barely pressing down on the screen. He gave it back and said they can't replace it. Not happy with the product at all. It's cheap! I'm not sure if they even offer a legitimate apple glass. They never explained or offered anything like that. Before all of this I had it quoted at 4 different repair stores. This one was $100. Most others were in the ball park at $105,$95, $110. I was referred to We Fix, but this one was down the street from me so I thought I'd give it a shot. I definitely would not go here and would not recommend this place. Product is crap, customer service is terrible. read more
