At Walmart, the new vacuum he offered me retails at $159. I asked for my money back and he told me he would lose business if he did that. I will never come here again!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!

It honestly felt to me, in my opinion, the prices were set high to maintenance the machine to push customers into purchasing new machines instead of repairing what they already have. When I said I only wanted mine looked at because I can't afford a new one, the tone was rude and dismissive. Then they quoted an outrageous amount of time just to take a look at it. My husband and I were shocked by how we were treated. Upselling and pressuring customers into buying something is not the kind of business I want to support, and they won't be getting our business again.

He greeted me and proceed to help me with what I needed, assessing what type floors I had as well as explaining to me the SEBO's similarities and differences between their models. I was thinking about going all out on a D4 or E3 but he didn't carry those in store and suggested other models such as the K3, which I ended up getting. I loved when a sales guy talks you down from spending more money. I tried it out at the store and definitely think it was the right call. I had Jeff come out to work on my Kenmore Washer, I told him that it was leaking oil, at first I…read morethought it was only a little bit of oil but we looked under the unit and bam! oil everywhere. So from what it looked like I would need a new transmission. Jeff ordered the part and came out the next day to fix the washer, upon taking apart the washer he noticed that the screws to hold the motor were not in place, the motor couplings were bad "it was a 25+ year old washer I'm surprised it lasted that long" and that the Agitator was also busted. I can attest it was not working the way it should before so might as well get it fixed and I was expecting a fee for this but he threw in the Agitator for free along with a knob for my washer since my old one broke and he lumped in the motor couplings with my original estimate so no additional labor charge. Now once the washer was back together he noticed the frame was bent, I can also vouch for this being legit because sometime in the past we had our floors done and the washer was never the same. He spent time to bang / bend the metal back into place so the frame fit snugly no extra charge either. He also helped me clean the oil off the floor and tidy up before everything was sad and done. So yes I will be using them in the future as my mom did before yelp existed.

Sad to know that there are businesses like this out there, especially in our neighborhood. But compare them with so many good businesses that work with their customers when there are glitches.
