Day of service and my tech was Horhay who was knowledgeable and mindful before entering into his work. After installation of the inverter cable from battery to rear of the cab he took me through his work sharing what he did and why. We also discussed the scope of what would be required for a future install of the "Big 3" and I left grateful at the competency I'd just experienced. I had a fair amount of work done on my 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel (5th wheel camera, replacing the tailgate camera, replacing the instrument cluster, replaced the media unit, new tow mirrors, etc...). Some of which was straightforward and easy, some of it was brand new to the team, but they didn't flinch at the idea of tackling something new. On top of this all, getting parts in was a NIGHTMARE, but they worked with me to make sure we were always on the same page as to what was next, when it would happen, and how much it would cost. Seriously…read more Don't be a dumba$$ like me and buy one of those Chinese aftermarket android audio units off Amazon thinking you're going to do an audio upgrade on your own on the cheap. They will likely come with no installation instructions, no cables specific to your car, and likely cause shorts or electrical issues which is what happened to me. Thankfully, I dropped my car off with Marco and he was able to get everything reset without requiring major part replacement, and ordered and installed a much better head unit than I got off Amazon. His prices were quite reasonable. I highly recommend you do an audio system upgrade if you have a car with an older system, and if you do, give Marco a call first. He's an honest guy and I am sure he will provide good advice on what he can do, or what you might want to watch out for if you want to try and do it on your own. He won't hard sell you. I got a VanTrue dashcam installed "professionally" at the Bellevue Car Toys in late 2025. I took my car to Lexus and they showed me how Car Toy's technician had connected the hardwiring to the wrong places, which had caused a fuse to blow, and fried the electric components in my cars locks + side view mirrors. STEER CLEAR. I took my car here because I assumed they would know better than myself on how to hardwire a dashcam. Had I known they would just wing it when installing it and fry my cars electronic locks/mirrors, I would have just taken the time to do it myself. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

After terrible experiences at Car Toys and Stereo Warehouse, I found these guys and they were amazing. Every employee was friendly and went out of their way to greet me. They diagnosed my issue (aftermarket power amp was toast) and got me up and running within just a couple of hours. The system sounds slamming now. They never upsold me and the repair/replace was very affordable. Best of all, they warned me on the front end about a number of things that could be the issue but when the repair was done, the issue we discussed was the cheapest one. They could have very easily said it was one of the other things and charged me a lot more and I would've been none the wiser. This is how you know a business is legit. They don't screw you over! I can't recommend this shop enough. Don't hesitate!

Great price (1/3rd less than two other bids and almost 1/3 of the cost of dealer ($300). He could have copied the existing key but he said it was too worn so he removed lock cylinder on passenger side to get lock code and then feeds that number into key making machine. All very professional.
