This many years later I have no inside "spider webs" nor any UV fade or discoloration on the inside or outside whatsoever. I know there are newer systems now perhaps but this setup for an electronically sensitive vehicle works perfectly. Makes the older ML500 vehicle look brand new.

On top of this all, getting parts in was a NIGHTMARE, but they worked with me to make sure we were always on the same page as to what was next, when it would happen, and how much it would cost. After terrible experiences at Car Toys and Stereo Warehouse, I found these guys and they were amazing. Every employee was friendly and went out of their way to greet me. They diagnosed my issue (aftermarket power amp was toast) and got me up and running within just a couple of hours. The system sounds slamming now. They never upsold me and the repair/replace was very affordable. Best of all, they warned me on the front end about a number of things that could be the issue but when the repair was done, the issue we discussed was the cheapest one. They could have very easily said it was one of the other things and charged me a lot more and I would've been none the wiser. This is how you know a business is legit. They don't screw you over! I can't recommend this shop enough. Don't hesitate!

Beyond that, my old Saab took a lot longer than they anticipated to install the alarm (heard this from Car Toys as well years ago when I brought my first Saab there for an alarm), yet Dutton did not charge any extra on top of his original quote. Had this shop installed an Android Head unit along with Back up Camera. Initially told 1 day…read moreinstall and about $300 installation fee altogether. Day 1: They could not finish in a day. Frustrating but understandable. Second visit: Had to have the camera installed on a different day and pay extra $200~ on top of the $300~ that I paid just for the screen installation. About 8 months later, the back up camera was malfunctioning. Initially told that they would have a look if we bring the car to the shop. My sister brought the car to the shop using her half day PTO, where she felt ignored and womanized; they checked the the dashcam which has nothing to with this installation when she clearly mentioned it was the back up camera that was acting up. I had to drive up to the shop and asked again to troubleshoot. Mr. Dutton and the installer refused to check it on the spot and asked to scheduled an appointment. It turns out that one of the power cable to the camera was disconnected and fall out of the sleeve due to not being crimped properly. Also noticed they have stripped my plastic interior bolt during the installation which now has to be replaced. I will never do business with this establishment again. If you would like to support a local mom and pop shop with mediocre to sub par customer service, this is it. If you are not sure about it after reading this review, go on Yelp and see what people had to say. Check google review comment from the owner. It cheap, but I could not be more satisfied. the only negative reviews are Karens and shills that have not actually used the service. They were ready to work on my car at the time quoted (8 am), the installation is almost invisible, it works perfectly, I could not ask for anything more in terms of quality of the service.
