Can't tell anything is there.. great work

Got the ALP System installed on my 21' CLA 45 AMG, guys were really professional and passionate about their work. Everything came out great, wired through proper locations, as OEM as it gets, though better! Was a pleasure handing the keys over to them, typically I would stress over someone working on my car, possibly messing up. With these guys there wasn't even a thought. Highly Recommend!

Charles and team recently installed a new retro stereo system with Bluetooth capability, speakers, sub woofer and also did sound deadening in my 1971 Chevy truck. These guys do extremely high quality work- very clean and discreet, while also having the creativity to work around some of the nuances and complexities a vintage truck will present. Everything works perfectly and my system sounds great. I was a little nervous going into this, as I had used another competitor previously for my 1972 Chevy truck and the results were subpar. Not this time! Extremely happy I spent more money and went with the best. You get what you pay for, use these guys!

Ever wonder why when you walk into Systems Unlimited there are exotic cars or very high end projects being done? It's because they are the best. They can be trusted to work on these cars and do these big installs. I came to them for a Radenso + ALP install on my brand new Ferrari 812 SuperFast. That would be a radar detector and laser jammer setup. I was very clear that I DID NOT want the jammer heads to be seen, and they were more than happy to accommodate this. I also thew them a curveball wanting to put the controller head in a location that isn't common for these cars. Normally they are installed in the little cubby area below the reverse, auto, and PS buttons. This makes them hard to reach from the driver position, and you have to look down and completely away from the road to see the buttons and screen. Other installers will put it on the side of the driveshaft tunnel where you absolutely can't see the buttons. I requested them to put it below my other vehicle controls, also where I could easily see the screen through the steering wheel. They were more than happy to accomplish this. I dropped my car off and went over the whole install with them. They brought the car in and got started on it a couple days later while they finished up a couple other jobs. They made sure to completely tape up and cover in plastic any area near where they were working to prevent against any scratches, dings, or mars. They accomplished the rear jammer head install first, hiding the heads behind where my rear reflectors were. They use a black smoked acrylic for a stealthy touch, and it matches the car a lot better than the red. I was able to stop by and check it out, and grab pictures while they were doing this. At this time we also talked about smoking my side markers, which they were happy to do while doing the radar detector and laser jammer install. They very professionally disassembled the car to make sure and hide all the wires and run them without excessive lengths of wire left behind. All the wires are also wrapped in a wire loom, and not the cheap plastic corrugated stuff either. Everything at Systems Unlimited is premium. We ended up with 3 jammer heads on the rear of the car for extra coverage. They began on the front of the car, removing the front bumper and working on installing the front jammer heads in suitable locations. They were able to use factory bolt holes for all of the mount locations to avoid drilling into my car. After that, they ran those wires into the passenger cabin, making sure to only use the amount of wire they would need, and also wrapping it in a quality wire loom. With all the jammer heads and radar detector heads mounted, it was time to figure out the controller head. This is the part that took the longest as they had to custom design a piece, and then make sure it fit perfectly. Once they had a perfectly fit piece they used body filler to mold it perfectly against the dash. There were no holes drilled in the dash either, they were able to run the wire to the controller along the dash where you can't see it, and then into the dash in a natural opening. This was very key as I really didn't want my dash destroyed in the process if I ever wanted it removed (I won't). At the end of the install they made sure everything was functional, did all the updates necessary, and cleaned up the car. I was very impressed overall with the quality and condition of the install. Was it more expensive than other quotes I got? Yes, but it sure as hell was worth every penny. No other 812SF has an install like mine, and I think my car has the BEST radar/laser install of any Ferrari 812 out there. No visible jammer heads hanging off the car, less hassle from the cops down the road. TL;DR Systems Unlimited does the BEST job in the area, and can certainly be trusted with your car to do an amazing job. They are not going to be the cheapest, but their work is very high quality and is great value for what you get. I will certainly be back with other cars, and have be recommending them to everyone.

Last time I went in there with a quick question, he was the only one there and within a minute we were discussing complex worldly issues, personal challenges and the meaning of life. We even discussed an otherwise sticky topic (I won't say who's the anti-vaxxer and who's the pro-vaxxer lol), but he was extremely open minded and said he would speak with someone close to him who knew more about the issue then he did. Highly unusual in my experience, particularly with that subject matter. Beyond that, my old Saab took a lot longer than they anticipated to install the alarm (heard this from Car Toys as well years ago when I brought my first Saab there for an alarm), yet Dutton did not charge any extra on top of his original quote. So the least I could do is let everyone know how awesome these guys are and for those of us who love Stereo Warehouse, they will be sorely missed.

Frustrating but understandable. Second visit: Had to have the camera installed on a different day and pay extra $200~ on top of the $300~ that I paid just for the screen installation. About 8 months later, the back up camera was malfunctioning. Initially told that they would have a look if we bring the car to the shop. My sister brought the car to the shop using her half day PTO, where she felt ignored and womanized; they checked the the dashcam which has nothing to with this installation when she clearly mentioned it was the back up camera that was acting up. I had to drive up to the shop and asked again to troubleshoot. Mr. Dutton and the installer refused to check it on the spot and asked to scheduled an appointment. It turns out that one of the power cable to the camera was disconnected and fall out of the sleeve due to not being crimped properly. Also noticed they have stripped my plastic interior bolt during the installation which now has to be replaced. I will never do business with this establishment again. If you would like to support a local mom and pop shop with mediocre to sub par customer service, this is it. If you are not sure about it after reading this review, go on Yelp and see what people had to say. Check google review comment from the owner. "We warn you about buying cheap junk on Amazon and yes you need a appointment we are still willing to look at it it was your choice not to make a Appointment.we have great reviews btw if your sister thinks she was disrespected she has issues.we respect everyone" Post comment; In your comment you said You "respect everyone?" Then why did you say my sister will fuck up my Mercedes when I mentioned that I am giving it to her? That's a lot of respect isn't it? Regardless of the quality of the product, this was an installation issue that needed a follow up. It was a simple fix that you could have addressed in 5 minutes instead of messing with a dash cam in the first place. Please don't think you are in the right side of this transaction. Nice wording btw. She has issues because she pointed out there is an issue. Y'all are jokes. Updates: Had a call with Dutton. Called me an asshole for leaving a review and making a complaint. He hung up on me after arguing for 30 secs. I called back to confront the issues. Dutton apologized for making womanizing comment. Dutton offered to pay for the replacement bolt.

From the moment I walked in, the team was super friendly and professional. They installed the cameras beautifully, making sure to hide all the wires and cables, so my car looks neat and tidy. I found the dash cameras to be easy to use and very affordable, especially since I wanted a high-quality product that fits my budget. I also wanted cameras where I could transfer the recorded videos to other computer devices, if need be. Well, a few weeks later (after installing the dash cameras), I was involved in a car accident. After reporting the accident to the police, I contacted Jesse and Jay at Audio Northwest Car Stereo for help with the insurance process (as I feared that the other driver had badly damaged the cameras in my car, and I thought that the cameras did not record the accident, I was wrong.) The cameras did record the entire incident. Jesse and Jay were fantastic! They really went out of their way to guide me through everything! Long story short, once the car insurance companies involved received a copy of my recorded car accident video, immediately the insurance companies worked diligently to resolve all of my concerns quickly. I swear by my dash cameras!!! Highly recommend Audio Northwest Car Stereo at 4708 Pacific Avenue SE, Suite A, in Lacey for all your audio needs! They have always provided me with consistent outstanding customer service and I love their dash cameras! Thank you Jesse and Jay! You guys are the best!
