Thankfully everything else was working (I could hear my notifications coming through and phone ringing, but couldn't see anything). I was hoping it would be an easy screen replacement so that I wouldn't have to shell out big $$$ for a new phone altogether. I was checking on Yelp the next day for mobile phone repair in the area and found a few. Applemeister had the best reviews, so I started reading through them. Someone mentioned that they have a Groupon, so I bought it, and then realized it's the same price as when you walk in, so at least you're still getting a deal! The other 2 places locally that replace screens were $10 more. They don't open until 10:30am, but if you work/live close by, it's not an issue. I headed up that way and got there a little after 10:30. Robert wasn't there yet, so the guy who works at the souvenir shop (Applemeister is in the back end of the souvenir shop) called him, explained my situation and was able to take my phone and information and told me to come back at 4pm. Around 2pm Robert called me to make sure of the color screen I wanted (since my phone had an after-market white screen on it instead of the standard black - thankfully he had one white one in stock) and said it would be done in about 20-30 minutes. I had a long work day, so couldn't pick it up until 4pm. When I arrived, my phone looked fantastic! Great customer service by Robert, fast repairs, convenient location and priced well. I also bought a tempered glass screen in addition because I'm clumsy and this will hopefully prevent another broken screen! Highly recommend Applemeister if you live in San Francisco and need phone or tablet repair!

Since my phone was busted my husband called me on their business line to speak to me about my pick up time. After the repair, I bought a glass screen cover that Robert happily installed for me. My iPhone works perfect now. Considering how trashed it was, I was surprised it was still repairable. Since its been working perfect for the last two months, I've been holding out on picking up the new iPhone (to my husband's dread).

What a saver during pendamic!…read more I accidently inserted sim card into my iPhone 10 when my new iPhone 12 promax arrived when I exchanged the sim cards between 3 phones. Since all Apple stores are closed in SF now, the Apple technical support suggested going to a repaire store. After research on Yelp and talked to all the owners, Easyfinder is the closest store knows how to do it. And Easyfinder is also closest store near my house. Eddie was very helpful, he solved the problem after 30 minutes working. The phone is back to normal again. Now everything is back to normal. To fix your cracked screen, I paid about $140 and it took about 30-45 minutes to fix. After I got it fixed, about two weeks in, I put my phone into another phone case and the corner cracked. I was NOT happy. I went back the next day and explained about the situation and the guy that was working at the time, named Q, said I would have to pay $60 which made me even more upset. Although he understands the situation and wants a customer happy...therefore, I ended up not having to pay anything which gave me a better experience. A day later, there was some interface function which I had to go back. Q fixed it ASAP and it worked again. He told me he doesn't want to see me again haha!! Oh don't, worry, I don't want any issues with my phone anymore.. I definitely recommend coming to this place if you cracked your iPhone screen.
