We wanted wall mount our TV and install a 5.1 speaker system. It wasn't a very easy setup, since we needed all wires to be concealed. That meant going through the crawl space and mending any holes in the wall to their original condition. I called up Mike after looking at his yelp reviews and he came quite quickly to assess the work and give an estimate. He was thorough in explaining how he will do the job and gave an estimate that was quite reasonable. A week later, he came in and finished the job. The TV and speakers look great. Mike installed a wall mount and 65 TV for me yesterday. Before he came, he would text me and confirm the appointment - good communication. He was very professional and installed my wall mount in a very efficient way. After TV installation, he also helped me making some modification of my sound system so I can watch my TV with my receiver which I failed to do that in my previous TV setup. His charge is also very reasonable. Since I don't need to hide all the wires inside the wall, he was able to complete my job within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend him for any TV/sound system setup. We had Mike install 2 HDTV's in our office, he did a terrific job. I then had him out to my home for a HDTV surround sound installation, and again, perfect, looks terrifc, no wires. Subsequently I had a problem with the outside speakers, and the Manufacturers Tech (after 48 minutes of trouble shooting) said my outdoor speakers were not wired correctly. I called Mike, he came out and his installation was Correct! He knew more than the Denon Tech Support person. Mike took care of everything, instructed me on how to use the remote so all worked well, waited until I did it 3x and then did not charge for the visit. Mike just installed my TV mount and set up my new TV for me. He is very professional and efficient during the whole process. He is very knowledgeable about the sound system as well. After he finished the TV mounting job, he also helped me modifying the connections so I'm able to get TV sound through my sound system which I wasn't able to do that before. Even after the installation, he has been very responsive whenever I texted him about my questions on the DVD player which doesn't have HDMI. My project was the big one. Mike did a great job for me. Knowledgeable, he was able to offer great ideas. My house has 6 tvs including one on the patio. The family room has the speakers mounted in the ceiling with a wireless subwoofer on the floor. He mounted all the flatscreen tvs. Even suggested recessing the mounting brackets in the wall. My tv looks like a picture hanging on the wall. Mike mounted all the equipment in the garage so it's really clean looking. No wires. No cable boxes. We did Direct TV with remote boxes. Mike is responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to get our complicated pre-existing TV/home entertainment system transferred to a new remote control system smoothly. He also helped us by installing some kind of wireless something (this is why I need Mike!) to improve the wireless signal in a part of our house were it was consistently weak or unavailable. Four years ago Mike installed my TV system with Apple TV, DVDs and speaker bar linked by Logitech and I had no problems until recently when the HDMI splitter started playing up.
