My family and I come here at least once a month. Why? Because they carry gluten free buns! I can eat a burger! I like that they have a punch card so that at completing your card you get a free entree.I also like the coupons that I receive by email. Don't bother ever trying to call in an order to this location, the tell you to go online to order because they are too busy to take it. Simply don't want your business... however, when you walk in to pick it up, there is no one in line and the restaurant is half empty. Go to the Atascocita location and get better service. read more

I'm giving this only one star and that's being generous, since the shake was decent. Called to order some burgers for pick up like you can at many of the other burger joints I assumed this was like (Mooyah, Pete's, Bills ect) and was told they dont do to go orders over the phone. It was 9:30 on a Tuesday and I did not want to wait there ten minutes for my order when it could be made while I was drivin to pick it up but my other options were closed and I was already in the car. Get there ten minutes later and order, no one there to eat but about 5 employees there, 20 min to close so I didn't think they would be busy. I ordered a burger PLAIN meat and ketchup only and a kids meal for my daughter, she gets sweet potatoes fries and I order no side because the prices are ridiculous. You can get a huge burger for $9 w a generously portioned side at Saltgrass, why should I pay that much for this thin as a pancake burger and a handful of thin fries? When the food was done we headed home and my mistake I should have checked before leaving when I noticed them putting in regular fries and had to fix it, because my burger was loaded w cheese and topping which I will not eat. Tried cutting the cheese off only to find it RAW in the middle. I have pictures! Called, was told my name would be out on a list for a free replacement burger whenever I came next. My daughter ate a few bites of hers but said it wasn't very good. I still wouldn't know because a week later I stopped in on my way to work, had to explain the situation to a teen who didn't know how to ring up my comped burger, and even though I'm using my time and gas to get something I should have had a week ago done right, when I asked for sweet potato fries I was charged $2.50 only comping the burger. I was annoyed but hungry so I went to my car to wait. Wouldn't you know it, when I go back to get my food I open the bag an there is ANOTHER burger fully loaded w everything. I am now livid, the manager was fixing a problem w another customer which took the entire time I was there do when I finally get to talk w her I ask for a refund. She's insists they make yet another burger but I am not wasting any more time I just want the money I paid or the original burger. She asks if I brought my receipt from a week ago. My name and my order were clearly written down on their pad of paper w all the other screw ups they have had in their short time being open, is she serious why would I have that after I was told it was taken care of and to just give them my name? She offers me a coupon for a free burger and I state again I don't want their food I want my money for the burger I never got! She finally just gives me my refund and apologizes giving me my money ( for the burger only) and tries to give me the coupon that I will never use because I won't ever be returning. Sign on the doors says "Open 10am-10pm everyday". I got there at 10:15 am and the door was locked. Tried calling the business no answer. Knocked on the door repeatedly. Finally a Hispanic man came out, but not to open the door...to refill his drink and wave and say something I couldn't make out. The food was good, seasoned well and fresh. A friend and I ordered take out and received good and simple service. The man behind the counter greeted everyone that came in, and took care of all the take out orders promptly. Good flavor combination tip, strawberry shake and smash burger fries!!! Yummy! read more

It was my first time here with my sister and my cousin. First impression when I opened the door was that it was a nice environment to eat in. The reason why I gave this a 2 star was because I order a large burger which was 7 dollars and it came out to be the same size as the regular which my family had bought. Also, same scenario goes for the fries. Lastly, the fries were drenched in grease and oil. They weren't strained before served and it made the meal disappointing overall. I love this place! The food is excellent. The only problem is that they have put pressed bacon onto the veggie burgers. That's not very nice. It has happened twice at this location. When I spoke to the manager she did give me coupons. Also they gave me a to go cup instead of the lovely glass and metal container, then didn't fix it. We were sitting down and eating. It might seem trivial but it was a 5.00 milkshake. That's more money than I like to spend for a shake in a paper cup as I sit in the restaurant. read more

Hubby order strawberry milk shake, they use funky syrup which tastes artificial. Why mess up good ice cream with fake syrup, way overpriced for what you get, sea salt fries were way TOO salty. Could give you a heart attach. read more
