We have eaten here twice. First time was good. Second time, the place was empty and we thought we had gotten lucky not having to wait. We ordered two smash burgers. One was a lettuce wrap and the other on a bun. The one on the bus was good, however, the one on the lettuce wrap was so greasy that you could see grease on the plate below. Not a little grease way too much grease. It is apparent that they are now using meat that is not as lean as in the past. If you like a greasy burger, this is your place. If not, then go elsewhere. Your typical burger chain restaurant. We ordered online and the food was ready minutes later. We ordered the truffle mushroom swiss, vegan avocado black bean with gluten free buns, and the bbq bacon. The smashburgers, for people who haven't been to one before, are a little bit smaller than typical burgers but not as small as white castle burgers. Our burgers were tasty, I just think the patties needed a little seasoning. I tried the smashburger sauce but honestly, it didn't make the burger taste different. Did not like it as much as I had hoped for. The advertise their burgers as " messy " but don't tell you the reason for the " messy " is they use a grade of beef that has an enormous amount of fat in it. It makes it taste good but the end result is an oil slick on a bun.
