I received the medium sprite but the guy at the window gave me a medium coke instead of my small sprite. He told me "just take it" while rolling his eyes. I said no, she wanted a small sprite. He rolled his eyes again and proceeded to get me a small COKE. I looked at him and was like i wanted a sprite! The food was decent, but the service needs improvement.

My husband and I come to this location often. We used to love it here until our last 2 visits. First we came in on July 19th which was a Thursday. There were a lot of people in there so we waited in line patiently for our turn. A lot of kids from my sons soccer team were there. So the wait wasn't bad. The entire dining room was covered in trash and filthy tables. I asked the very nice cashier what the manager on duty's name. She said it was "Pauletta or Paulina". It was hard to hear. After we ordered, we stood against the wall waiting for a clean table to open up. This woman with glasses and her hat on backwards came flying out of the kitchen say "fu*k that line, I need a cigarette, they can wait". I was shocked. I went and asked the cashier what the name of that employee was and she said "Pauletta or Paulina", I replied "that's the manager?" The cashier said "yes". While we waited I kept my thoughts to myself. A table opened up and we sat. I got up to fill my soda and that manager had just walked in the door next to the soda station. She was vaping while on the phone, right inside the door. Her phone conversation was loud and lots of vulgar words were used. She hung up her phone and I asked to speak with her. I explained to her that we raise our children not to use that type in language and I asked her if she could lower her tone so my children no longer hear her swearing. She responded "look lady, this is a restaurant, this is how people in this industry have talked since uhhh the beginning of time. If you don't fu*king like it, go to McDonalds. Then she walked off. I was in complete shock. If that's how the manager acts, then her staff is probably running wild. We are fast and left, never to go back. On our way out, there was a white boy and a black boy smoking weed right outside the back door where our car was parked. What happened to this place? It used to be awesome. Now it's a bunch of foul mouthed stoners who could care less about the job. My kids play every sport they can sign up for. We have brought our sons teammates to Smashburger several times. We will be warning all their teammates and their parents. What was once a great place to take the family or a group of kids, is now extremely foul and a place that is not worth our time or money. I hope corporate lets this woman go and hires good managers to get that store back to the place it used to be. Until then, the word will be spread about the the vile treatment we received. ALways on the hunt for a good burger so when this place opened so close to home I had high hopes. Took my wife and 2 boys there for dinner and had a less than great experience. You wait in line and order at the counter, than take a seat with a number and they bring the food to your table when it is ready. On this night it was a long wait to get a few hamburgers. The price point is a bit high, I am pretty sure Five Guys is cheaper and more flavorful. The ambiance is nice, but the food and price point will give me 2 good reasons not to return. My wife liked the french fries but I prefer something a little more substantial, they seemed a little soft and wilty. I think Five Guys is much better for Fast Food burger in this class of restauant. read more

Picked up my food at Smashburger this evening with my young son who I couldn't leave in car alone so I brought him inside with me. We both had masks on. We were handed our bag of take-out food by a nasty, woman with fake platinum blond hair. This woman was dumb enough to think that we wouldn't be able to hear her while she was cursing under her mask. Not the type of words I wanted added to my 4 year old's vocabulary. Platinum blond woman was so unbelievably rude and just miserable.
