Not a big fast food guy but when I get Mc Donald's it's alright. Not the best but still good

If i could give this restaurant customer service 0 stars, i would. I went there yesterday with my child and I asked for a medium sprite, and a small sprite. I received the medium sprite but the guy at the window gave me a medium coke instead of my small sprite. He told me "just take it" while rolling his eyes. I said no, she wanted a small sprite. He rolled his eyes again and proceeded to get me a small COKE. I looked at him and was like i wanted a sprite! The food was decent, but the service needs improvement. read more

Yeah so McDonald's is trying to tell us that this is the McRib's "Farewell Tour" and that it's our last possible opportunity to enjoy this famously delicious nostalgic BBQ Sandwich before it disappears Forever.  Rrrrrrriiiiiigggghhhttt. C'mon. I mean people everywhere who are McRib fans come from miles around just to get their hands on one of these iconic pressed pork Sandwiches and now all of a sudden they're just gonna take all of that away? Not to mention ALL the money that Sandwich generates for them??  Okay. Whatever.    Speaking of money generated this particular McDonald's here in New Providence is a pretty solid spot with a fast and efficient drive thru window. I hit this place up whenever I'm passing through the area and it's always packed so you know they must be doing something right over here.    Now I'll leave you with this Nugget of Knowledge: I can remember the Legendary Rocker Ozzy Osbourne's very first "Farewell Tour" and I'm pretty sure that happened back in 1992 and He's still touring and making tons of cash to this day. They have upped their game over the past few years and the food is usually hot and fresh. Unfortunately, the fries rarely come out hot but they still taste good. I only use the drive through and the service is quick. The orders are correct and they don't make mistakes like they used to. Maybe they are under new management. I have no complaints at this particular McDonald's any longer!! I'm glad. read more

I have no idea why this McDonalds has such a low rating. The manager here is the sweetest and friendliest woman ever! Just got a quick bite and she was so kind and patient with me as I ordered. She also came out with my order and handed it directly to me so I didn't have to walk back over to the register. The cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to with the nicest staff I've ever encountered! This place is chronically understaffed and never entirely clean. This morning, I sat in the drive through line for over 10 minutes waiting for coffee before pulling away and leaving without it. There was only one car in front on me, and it didn't move the entire time I was there. If I hadn't spaced out I wouldn't have waited for so long. One of those if I could give no stars I would. To the staff working at 3:30pm on New Year's Day. There's a line out to the street and you can't figure out how to take orders waited at the order station for 20 minutes, yes 20 minutes not exaggerating, and pulled forward waiting to place our order at the window, and the little girl working who couldn't make eye contact said you need to go around to place the order. Maybe you should be making the orders instead of giving attitude. Absolutely disgusting and unnecessary. In need of some serious management! read more

I came here on a Friday night before my friend's birthday dinner at the trap rock down the road. I needed to kill time and prime my stomach before the dropping $8 beers. The staff and food is standard and good. It's the amount of people that come here swamp the place. I had to wait 15 minutes before I place my order. The drive thru line was crazy long and food could not be expedited out. After I got my food and sat down there a boat load of high school kids. Mostly teenage boys in basketball attire. These kids drove me nuts. They thought they were tough $hit. If I were their parents, I would drop them off in Camden and see how 'hard' they thought they really are. read more

Hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The ice-cream cone and plain sundae are both just over $2 which is higher than most other McDonald's. The price would be fine if is reflected the amount of ice cream. Instead you get less than any other McDonald's I have ever been to. When I asked for more ice cream in the half filled sundae they gave an attitude and seemed to put more in. Alas when we got home we found they had only add a bit to the top and the middle of the sundae was hollowed out. The icecream cone was also not filled in the cone and the middle was hollow towards the bottom of the icecream. $6.50 for 1 cone worth of icecream split into two cones and a a plain sundae. Never coming back again. This was our 4th attempt hoping it was an employee issue. It is clearly their policy in their training. read more

This might be the worst McDonald's in the tri-state area, if not the whole country. If it wasn't for its close proximity to my house, I would never come here again. But during times of complete and utter desperation, I give them the benefit of the doubt. I think that maybe this time my fries will be hot, that my nuggets will be crispy, and my drink won't be under filled. Each time I am reminded why I avoid this place at all costs. Waited at an empty register with others for 10 minutes. Drive thru was slammed with kids and parents just out of school. Was finally waited on by manager in shirt and tie,who is a slow, sullen, cranky individual. He took my order slowly even after I had to repeat myself numerous times for one combo meal, and here I sit with cold nuggets, the wrong sauce, and a bad taste (literally and figuratively) from the experience. The whole staff looks equally bitter at life, so a classic example of a restaurant driven into the ground by management that leads by poor example. read more

Dont bother! Go to the Mcdonalds 5 minutes away right down the hill. They can only take 1 car at a time from start to finish at the drive thru, you will be waiting at least 5 minutes for each step of the process. And if you go inside youll stand there like you dont exist while the staff is looking busy and one person finally gets "stuck" helping you. Something is always wrong with the order as well.. Very unorganized, EXTREMELY SLOW and not FAST food. I cant believe this location is still in business! My 4 stars review is comparing it to other fast food restaurants not to a 5 star fancy dining. This McDs is good. Both times that I've been here the drive up is super fast. The employees are friendly and suggest promotional items. To be honest I don't eat hamburgers, the only items I get are the fries, chicken wraps and the oatmeals. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out, NOT! Because people block the entrance it gets tricky to get in and out but overall ok experience nothing superb. read more

Hello, I drove through the drive-through this morning. I typically visit one time every weekend for my favorite breakfast biscuit. I ordered a biscuit medium coffee, the total on the screen  4.15. I proceeded to the pay window, gave them 4.15, and moved on to the next pickup window. The lady said my total was 6.79. I said that I guess the coffee did not make the total when I was at the ordering or pay window. Ok, happy to pay 6.79. I asked what is the "difference" due? The lady could not calculate what was due. I am lost as to why the employee could not subtract  6.79 - 4.15   2.64. The lady originally said that I paid 4.00 at the 1st window. You can do the math from my receipt to verify. The lady slammed the window on me 3 times and sent someone else as we went back and forth on how I am to calculate the difference due. 2 times she said I had to drive back around to pay the difference due. Longline queued up to drive back around. The lady was VERY RUDE and needs a calculator at the window to do this math 6.79 - 4.15   2.64 that my year son can do. Eventually, I had to do the math 6.79 - 4.15   2.64, otherwise no one knew the balance due. The lady was VERY RUDE was again slammed the window door after handling over the balance due.. How come your employees cannot do the math The lady was VERY RUDE ?? I paid the 2.64, finally got my biscuit as someone else came to the window. Worst McDonald's I've been to (and I've traveled the country!). My order is incorrect at least 50% of the time, 50% of the time my food is cold upon being served, No one has EVER apologized to me for messing up an order or keeping me waiting 15 minutes for my food. I am astonished that this place is even still open. I wish there were more drive-thru food options in town. Rude staff, slow service, cold/mediocre food. Two thumbs DOWN. read more

I just ordered a Spicy Chk Dlx sandwich with fries and a soda - my first time getting a sandwich at McDs in months. The chicken on the sandwich was so tough that I could not bite through it and dragged it from the bun. Plus it and the fries were just above room temp. My soda was the only thing that wasn't disappointing. If this is a result of staffing shortages then I'm not going to complain - just bummed! read more

I am surprised to see that this McDonald's has 1.5 stars. I frequently visit this location and have always had quick service. Tonight I visited with my family and used the drive thru window to order. The young man who took our order was polite. The employees at the second window had our order ready quickly. The food was tasty as always. I will come again to this location. read more

I would chalk this up to a one time fluke occurrence if it didn't keep happening to me. Whoever train people to handle the drive-thru needs training. I am repeatedly asked every second to put my order in, even when I say I need time to read the menu. In the most recent occurrence I politely told the person I couldn't even see the menu because of the car in front of me. In prior instances i've had people argue with me that I couldn't even order items on the menu because they didn't match together. I understand that you have a special deal going on, but perhaps I don't want to participate in that special deal. Just give me what I order and shut up. Nevertheless, this is my final visit to this customer service hell! I'll drive the extra couple miles to Burger King, or down to Route 22. read more

Not only did they charge me for the wrong food but the guy at the window seemed like he didn't know how to count money or even forgot the fact that I gave him money and just stood there with a puzzled look. We were here on December 23, 2016 at 8am and not one worker spoke English. We ordered a two burrito meal with an orange juice and then another burrito. They couldn't understand a word we were saying. They clearly spoke Spanish and didn't understand "burrito". Then we just got a bag with 3 burritos. No hash browns or orange juice. The last time here there was a crowd waiting for food. NO ONE at counter and a customer told us that they were told we HAVE to order through the kiosc. Have tried that before and it is terrible to negotiate through. NOT AT ALL user friendly! Left without ordering, not sure will go back if Macdonald's is insisting that their patrons MUST use stupid kiosc. Guess will start going to Burger King.
