Ordered the Smashburger Classic and smash tots online. When my order arrived saw that the tots were less than half full. Called the store and they informed you only receive 15-18 tots (so they count the tots) Weird and I will not be ordering again but will definitely go for the fries. 4 stars for burger, manager customer service and the cooks!!

Always a great burger but today the buns were smashed along with the pattys... Didn't slow us down from eating them... Always worth a visit.

Yesterday was our first visit for dinner. This place is amazing. I ordered the bacon avocado club. This burger is amazing, and the avocado slices are huge, not those paper thin slice other fast food prepare. Everything here is amazing: the smashtots is wonderful with rosemary flavour.

The manager, Gregory, at the Cypresswood location was super helpful! great fast service and tasty food! clean environment as well.

SWEET POTATO FRIES

So we tried smash burgers years ago and it was awful. We decided to give it another try. I had a double bacon smash burger, crispy brussel sprouts, sweet potato fries ,onion rings and bbq chicken wings. Well, the burger is really good but it's not a smash burger to me. The bacon burger really lives up to its name. This is truly the only burger joint I have ever been to that actually adds BACON to their burgers that claim to have bacon on them. Usually it's a little chip of bacon even if you add extra bacon you get another little chip lol but this burger was loaded with bacon that was really good bacon. I guess you are wondering why 3 stars. Ok first, we waited for the food which was fine for me. I rather wait on hot food then fast cold food but the wait was pointless bc for whatever reason all the sides and wings were cold. That was pretty disappointing. The sweet potato fries were awful, the onion straws were decent, the brussel sprouts were ok but needed seasoning. The brussel sprouts should be fried and then hit with salt and pepper right after they come out of the heat. The wings were mediocre but it's a burger joint so I wasn't expecting anything different. I also had a strawberry dragon fruit drink. That drink was . So tasty. I also tried the Mandarin cardamom drink. This one was a little awkward but addicting lol. Didn't really love it but kept drinking it lol. I usually use cardamom for baking‍. The restaurant also needs a little updating. People were sitting in there (some waiting on pick up orders and others eating) but there wasn't really much space to sit down and be comfortable. I sat on the booth and was literally sitting extremely lower than the table. This lets me know they really need to update things in the dinning area. The staff were very nice and friendly. Again I wouldn't call it a smash burger bc the meat is thick but overall a good burger with real beef and great bacon.

Uncooked burger

This was my first time trying smashburger and I really wanted to like it however, some things just can't be overlooked. I ordered the classic smash burger with fries and a shake. When I received my food the fries were cold, the shake was a bit watery, and my burger was undercooked, very pink!! I'm hoping this was just a poor first time experience. I do plan on trying them again later in the near future to give them a chance to redeem themselves. I will say I gave them 2 stars because the lady at the counter was very kind and patient with me since it was my first time ordering, customer service to me goes a long way! Hopefully in the future they'll do better!

If a place has french fries, he's in. And I'd heard that Tony's was one of the best places to grab a burger in the area, so everybody wins here. I had the Juicy Tony and it was a solid burger. It's noted on the menu that is must be served medium rare, no exceptions - that's my preferred temperature anyway, so it was perfect for me. It was indeed juicy and tender. The cajun fries were a nice pairing. We enjoyed our experience overall. Was it a top notch, amazing burger? I wouldn't go that far, but it did its job and I'm happy we came and tried it out.

At least not enjoy spending it. But with prices these days getting way out of hand what can you do. I got the rattlesnake because I saw it touted as their award winning burger. Not sure from where the award came. But this and their trash can tacos had the emblem next to it. You also get a veggie pack with your to-go burger which has chopped lettuce, pickles, raw onions and 2 slices of tomatoes. That's nice so you don't have to put on the required latex gloves to use their veggie bar to get these yourselves. It's in a separate bag. I thought this was the buger at first and was secretly getting a bit concerned when I saw the cook toss it onto the counter like a bean bag. The cashier was super nice. He offered me water as I waited. They had another guy working in the back cooking the food. You also get a thimble of ketchup in your Togo bag along with a packet of mustard and mayo. The bun was a little burnt. And I couldn't taste any of the mixed in jalapeños. Also I kinda wish they had whole lettuce rather than chopped just because it kept falling out of the burger. But other than these issues the burger was pretty tasty. Definitely not a McDonald's burger like one person posted. But also not the best burger ever as many other posters swear by. Definitely glad I went. But don't know if I'd be willing to spend another $20 on one of their Burgers either. They're closed on Sundays according to Google maps which is old school nice to see.

The menu is very concise and consists of burger, spicy burger, chicken sandwich, vegan burger, plus sides. They do have a kids menu and a small selection of milkshakes as well. We both ordered smashburgers with a single patty--they charge extra to add lettuce, tomato and pickles. Raw onion is not an option on the menu. The burgers come with caramelized onions, cheese, and bamsauce. We also got an order of fries and the cookies and cream milkshake. Everything was flavorful overall, and the fries were very hot. I added lettuce and pickles, so my burger had a nice balance of meaty cheesiness along with some freshness. The food did take longer than I expected for it to come out--so don't expect fast food speed. The milkshake was so good, I had a hard time not consuming it right away, but I was also pretty hungry. It's a pretty bare bones place from the menu to the service to the overall ambiance. For anyone who prefers to keep their distance from others, this is a dream come true. For me, that slightly detracted so I'd probably get it to-go next time.

A quick Google search brought this place up first with 4.9 stars, which is practically unheard of these days, so we decided to try it. Wow. What a meal. We started with the onion ring basket and a half order of beer bread. The onion rings were fantastic--huge, thick-cut rings with a wonderfully seasoned batter that actually had flavor instead of tasting flat or bland. Served piping hot, which matters to me because I like my food HOT. The ranch dressing was a great addition, too. The beer bread was decent. You could definitely taste the beer, but it wasn't the best loaf I've ever had. Mom, Mark, and I all ordered the grilled ribeye steak sandwich. I'm the only one who got it as designed on the menu. I originally expected more of a slab-of-steak sandwich, but it was actually closer to a Philly cheesesteak style sandwich, which honestly I prefer. Mom and Mark skipped the peppers, onions, garlic aioli, and pepper jack cheese in favor of lettuce, tomato, and mayo instead. Our waiter, Evan, was wonderful! He was friendly, attentive, accommodating, and clearly proud of the restaurant. He even offered to tell us the history of the building and restaurant, which added so much to the experience. The story is also printed on the back of the menu, and it's definitely worth reading. Evan mentioned he's only been there a few months, but he is absolutely an asset to the restaurant as a server. My brother Mark is blind and autistic, and it's honestly not often a server addresses him directly. They usually look to mom or me and ask, "What does he want?," but Evan asked Mark directly. Kudos to him. We had to finish the meal with the historical whiskey chocolate cake, and I'm glad we did. It's served warm with whipped cream on the side, caramel sauce drizzled across the plate, and pecans on top. Absolutely delicious and huge! There were four of us who shared it, and it was more than enough for each of us. Also worth mentioning: the sweet potato fries are an extra $4 but absolutely worth it. These are NOT frozen Ore-Ida fries dumped from a bag. They're clearly fresh cut and homemade, and they were delicious. For nearly two o'clock in the afternoon, the place was packed--at least three-quarters full--and the entire atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was friendly. I live in Katy, so Old Town Spring is definitely not nearby for me, but I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the area or just passing through. It's easy to see why people love it. A definite five-star experience for us!

That's right. Adding fried cheese to the menu is important to me. Because beer + fried cheese = happiness. It is known. Forgot what apps we DID enjoy, but they were good. Even if they weren't fried cheese. Love good stout and porter selection, and they have it! Love to see a bar that hasn't turned all of their craft taps to IPA. Good to have variety, folks. Especially in winter. It WOULD be amazing to have dark beers served just a *wee bit* closer to cellar temp... not true cellar (too much for Americans), but at least in the 40's F. Just be ready for crappy parking and you'll be good to go. It's worth the patience to find a parking spot if it's busy!
