My time never seemed to be respected. Another concern was the condition of the dental instruments. The instruments used during my visit did not appear clean. As someone who works in the medical field, they did not use sterile techniques when performing invasive produces. Which made me feel very uncomfortable and raised concerns about the office's attention to cleanliness and infection control. What ultimately convinced me not to return was that I felt pressured into paying for a gingival irrigation procedure that, after seeking another professional opinion, I was told I did not need. That experience made me question whether unnecessary treatments were being recommended. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect.
