0 stars*. I would not reccomend going here unless you want to be dissapointed because they do NOTHING. The receptionist Caroline is HORRIBLE. She smiled in my face and lied after continuing to waste my time. I am truly devastated because i was told i was going to get a normal cleaning about 6 months ago.. they polished over the tartar instead. Because they failed to do a very simple job, I now as a 17 year old need a DEEP PERIAL CLEANING. This is ridiculous. New problem today after being there yesterday, the receptionist Caroline said I can come back today for a cleaning. I come and they say no you need an approval for that. WHAT. Silly of me to think because they were women they'd understand my frustration. Instead they just continued to lie and cover up their faults. KEEP IN MIND 6 MONTHS AGO ALL I NEEDED WAS A CLEANING. Now i need deep cleaning in my gums. Not once did anyone take accountability. read more

They can't seem to get their billing right. The office billed our insurance and then called saying that we owe them the entire balance and that our insurance had denied the claim, but when I called our insurance they said the claim is PENDING and the dentist office needs to send doctor notes etc., I related this back to the dentist office; they placed me on hold for 20 min, but they still said that we owe them, so I'm asking them for proof from our insurance that we owe it, or to speak to the billing unit since the girl who took my call mentioned that she doesn't know much about the billing because she works the front office and said the billing staff doesn't have a set day they come in to the office and added that it's unusual for the billing staff to call a patient back and so I said ok have your supervisor call me back. I have a copy of the explanation of benefits from our insurance that supports what they told me on the phone. It seems to me this dentist office staff doesn't take the time to follow through with submitting supporting documentation to get a dental claim processed, instead what they opt to do is try to drop it to the patient telling them it's "patient responsibility" which is against the federal uniform billing guidelines. The insurance always has the upper hand on what the patient owes or doesn't owe! If a dental or medical place can't get my bill right, it's not worth keeping them as a provider, it's that simple. read more

I wish I stuck with this office. The main reason I left was because they couldn't serve me on my days off, when they originally could. They had to refer me out to an endodontist to complete a root canal... and I threw a mini hissy fit and left. (In my defense, I had to deal with a week of having a very "angry" and enflamed nerve; talk about pain...) At the time, I didn't understand the need to have to refer out... Apparently there were much larger issues that a specialist needed to address. I know that now. They were always so responsive and communicative, and the dentist very compassionate. I emailed Vanessa today and if they'll have me back, I will rearrange my work schedule. I'm so sorry I acted the way I did. Jesus, I'm an idiot. I know better now. read more

The receptionist always sound very great and friendly on the phone. But once you go in they have no clue what they're doing. I called 3 weeks ago to schedule an appointment because I had tooth sensitivity and I know exactly what teeth are sensitive, I explained to the receptionist that I am pregnant and I need to get looked at as soon as possible. She gave me an appt 2 weeks out, I showed up and they told me that the appointment was not until the following week. I said OK, honest mistake and I went home. I show up today and the receptionist had no clue that I was pregnant (same one that helped me last week) and they stated that I had to have a clearance from my doctor. Had I known that in advance I would have contacted my doctor and have everything ready and set up for today. Lack of communication!!! Unorganized!!! read more

I used to love this dental office but after they switched receptionists about 1 year ago their customer service level went way down. Not sure of her name but twice I have gotten my appointments canceled at the last minute because of "office training ". Mind you this is a dental clinic that should know well in advance when they have training. She never follows up for upcoming appointments or to even reschedule when she cancels on you. Honestly they just need to replace her. read more

I had a really nice girl help me she wears glasses I didn't get her name. The doctor was also really nice I didn't get his name either. I had to get a root canal and the lady at the desk actually used my insurance unlike Western Dental. During my visit I had a panic attack and the Dr's. Assistant helped calm me down and relax!! We found this place recommended on Facebook when everyone was closed for Covid and my husband had a bad toothache. The staff was extremely friendly and saw him right away. The girl handling his Insurance was helpful and informative (still waiting for approval from insurance but will update :) ) I decided to give them a try since I needed an extraction and had a great experience with scheduling for my husband. I loved this office! Definitely going to switch my kids as well when my oldest completes his braces with the old office! Horrible! Been dealing with the same tooth pain since April! Staff is very under trained and don't understand how to handle business. Simple emails , faxes etc. the biller needs to be retrained ASAP! Only one person in the entire office who has tried to help me. The hygienist, to her I thank you so much. This matter has been reported and an compliant has been filed. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! PERIOD PERIOD! They lie, they don't show care or concern for the patient. It's disgraceful. After reading amazing reviews on this dentist office I decided to schedule an appointment. I have always had a great fear of the dentist and will get anxiety at the thought of it and because of that I easily let over 6yrs go by without going to see one regularly. From the moment I walked in the girls at the front desk were very welcoming and nice. Once I was in the back the hygienist that helped me was so wonderful and gentle as I had explained to her my fears. They made me all feel very comfortable and I had no anxiety at all. The dentist himself was very thorough and was very honest with me as well and made sure I didn't leave without any unanswered questions i may have had. Unbelievably disappointed! I needed a procedure done that needed approved by my insurance and was told that it could take up to a month give or take. I patiently waited and finally called 5 weeks later for a status check and knew instantly something was amiss when the person I was talking to was stalling, after being put on hold to check my chart she then told me she'd call me back. After several hours with no callback I called and a different person preceded to tell me they were referring me to another dental office all together with really no valid explanation, it sounded more like they screwed up and instead of being honest they lied to me. I needed this work done and wasted almost a month and a half for nothing. Why couldn't they let me know sooner if there was a problem? Communication is the proper way to conduct business. Because of this I have to start all over and wait for approval again while in pain and discomfort because of incompetence! read more

Discriminatory and corrupt!!! I had heard about this place from dentacal as they had told me they were accepting medical insurance. I called later that day and scheduled an appointment and the phone representative reassured me that they do take medical. A week later, I came back for my appointment, and the first thing that happened was that I was waiting in line for ten minutes to speak to a staff member. All that time I had thought they were helping another patient when from the corner of my eye I see them dabbling with make-up. When they finally do call me up to speak to a representative, Veronica, looks at my card and tells me they don't take medical. I tell her that has to be a mistake because her staff had told me they do, and proceeded to put me down for an appointment. She then replied that they hadn't taken medical patients for a year and then she condescendingly kept apologizing. She then proceeds to tell me that IT IS AT THEIR DISCRETION TO ACCEPT WHOMEVER THEY WANT. That's when I got the hint that they were discriminating. I asked to speak to a supervisor in which she condescendingly replied that she was the supervisor. I asked to speak to the dentist but to no avail. That's when I got aggravated and went outside to call medical to see what was the issue. Upon looking at their records, Medical told me that they do take medical. Therefore, all this time they had been accepting medical money and had been choosing which patients to see. My mom later went back to talk to them and that's when the REAL SUPERVISOR came out and told her that I should pay cash if I wanted to see the dentists. This was a horrible experience and I'm surprised they run such a business where they can peddle the poor for money. They should ashamed of their staff and business ethics in dealing with customers. read more

Prior to my visit to this dentist I knew that I needed one filling since one came out. I chose this place since it was close to my house. The staff "seemed" friendly but that was a act. Dr. Chang examined me and told me that I had conditions that were not true, ultimately resulting in over 1,000$ worth of procedures then after I were to get these procedures he wasn't sure if I needed more work done. I knew he wasn't being truthful. Then the young lady proceeded to clean my teeth with out flossing my teeth. After that she led me to the receptionist who continued the lie of this work that I didn't need. The next day I got a second opinion from another dentist in the area. He told me that all I needed was a filling, and my teeth are in good condition. Dr. Chang and his staff work to together to lie to patients to get them to spend more money than they should. If you visit the office you will see how they spend the money in that office. I will NEVER go to this dental office again. They really deserve no stars! read more
