The girl that answers the phone is extremely dismissive, rude and never follows through on what she promises. She doesn't care about the patients that need immediate answers. She promised to call back and update me, same day, she never followed through, so I called back days later, only for her to dismiss me once again, She told me she was going discuss with the doctor, my concerns and she never did. Most unprofessional Dental office I've ever experienced. So disappointed with Gentle Dental in Perris! The dentist and staff need an huge professional upgrade. Question everything!

They have a mini cafe set up at the front in case clients are thirsty. Not only that, they give everyone a welcome bag. The Patient Coordinator at the front desk, named Debora, gave us a little tour, which was very kind. It made everyone feel at home. The patient coordinator, Deborah, is here again. We arrived feeling tired, so they offered us some coffee, and the Thanksgiving tree is up. It makes us feel at home. I got my teeth cleaned, and my dental hygienist, Chelsea, handled my teeth with care. Also, every time I come in for my appointment, they give me a little gift bag .
