So I thought, well they performed a write up on cost on paper with a 500 dollar charge for there so called preferred pricing and another 35,000 for the saving of these teeth that's if there were no other issues (yea right). I made it clear I wanted dentures and asked the dentist he tells me that he felt uncomfortable pulling in his words "teeth that can be saved "? Its very plain to me that this set up is very capitalized in a money making machine. Never mind what the patient wants. A few weeks later I had a crown come off and called them to put it back on. Went in, they said the tooth needed to be removed. And guess what, I asked to remove the tooth I was told they did not do extractions there, WAIT A MINUTE. They lied to me, denture service includes extractions, he decided to do nothing at all sends me up front for a referral for an oral surgeon. Clear across the other side of Dallas. And charges me 147 dollars for doing nothing. And to top it off I had to find my crown on a table I guess they thought they were going to keep it. Shameful just plain terrible, I wanted to warn anyone who may assume that they have a say in what happens to there teeth its plain to see that this dentist is only after the money.

The Services provided are not rush but they take their time when it comes to cleaning your teeth. I feel comfortable with the services provided and I feel the staff are very professional and technically proficient. The entry is very nice with modern white couches and TV so the wait didn't seem long. I came in because I had a crown from 10+ years ago fall out and wanted to compare doctors. I went to another dentist and my first visit with them I had zero cavities or issues but only 6 months later when I went back in I mysteriously had 9 million things to fix with outrageous prices. I wanted a second opinion so I came to FLOSS. Dr. Rob was super helpful and explained every part of the exam to me in detail then showed me the trouble areas. He told me what was important to get taken care of right away and what could wait if needed. The woman in charge of billing was super nice and showed me the break down of what it would cost out of pocket and what my insurance would cover. They were able to do the procedures I needed same day and I don't know if I'm just older and it hurts less but let me tell you the pain was extremely minimal. A little bit of pressure and sensitivity but otherwise it was a walk in the park compared to what I remembered as a child. I started at 10:20 and walked out by 2pm with very minimal waiting. I highly recommend all of the staff at FLOSS and I will be referring my friends.

It was a little complicated, they wanted me to call the insurance and have them send my eligibility there. That was a little bit of a hassle, and I was surprised the secretary didn't try to do it herself, like other offices, but wanted me to do it. Regardless I called Ark back and they got everything sent to them and were now ready to set up my appointment. I was lucky enough to get an appointment within a week. Day of my appointment they must have had some unexpected cavities from the guy before, because they only did X-rays, and asked me to come back for cleaning and fillings. I just wanted it done so I agreed. The next day came, and they were all set up for me. The cleaning and filling only took about 45 minutes. The Doctor did a great job numbing me up so it wouldn't hurt. All in all, teeth are clean and fixed my fillings. I'm happy with that. There are about a dozen parking spaces outside. The office is noticeably old on the out and inside, but clean. Dr. Han is amazing! Teeth feel good, almost painless filling, and good bedside manner. Insurance coverage was good. Julia at the front desk was so kind and helpful in getting insurance, paperwork, and services scheduled and ready to go. It was totally seamless. The dentist himself and dental hygienist both delivered excellent service and walked me through every step of the x-rays and cleaning. Totally cool that they were able to capture a 3D image of my teeth so I could see in detail what they looked like, including what my bite pressure was (didn't know this was possible to measure so easily). As far as the cleaning itself, it wasn't painful at all and the dentist made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. They give you a pair of sunglasses to block the light, they have music playing in the room, and a TV with movies if you want to watch something. The cleanliness of the office was pristine, and parking was available right out front of the building. Super easy. I'm new to Dallas and I am so glad I chose to come here. I will be back.

A couple of Veneers needed rebonding (again) in which case I had no choice but to seek assistance with a new dentist. During these COVID times I was really reluctant on a visit to say the least. My initial call to the office set me at ease. The staff there are friendly and professional. Dr. Hoang was able to see me the next day and the pre-visit protocols they have in place made me feel less anxious about my appointment. Dr. Hoang is an extremely competent dentist who knows his business! During the rebonding process he explained to me everything he was preforming. He also explained what was the cause and potential alternative solutions. I thought my previous long time dentist was good, Dr. Hoang made me realize how not so good my previous dentist was. I was able to input my insurance information before our appointment so they knew exactly what our dental benefits were for braces. Free consultation included an x-ray and all of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. The office space is lovely with a giant fish tank, and parking is super easy with a garage immediately behind the building. The payment options, cost and plans are very easy to understand and the office is not pushy at all and does not oversell other products. They give you options but do not pressure at all which I really appreciate. During the actual braces procedure, Dr. Lyotard spoke quietly to my daughter explaining everything she was doing. It kept her calm during the process - my daughter adores her. She seems extremely knowledgeable and explains everything. Will update this review when we are done with phase 1 is braces, but we are very happy with this place!
