My first impression of this clinic was absolutely amazing. Rosie, who manages the front desk is absolutely a gem. She has excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me out today and even got me in on a same day appointment. I truly love her spirit, kindness, and she's just really a cutie. Dr. Habibi is probably by far the best dentist I've ever seen. I love the fact that she educates you on what is going on with your teeth and gums as well as your oral bone health. She literally showed me on the x-rays what concerns she had with what she was seeing and explained to me in detail what she saw, and what treatment I would need. I've never had a provider do that for me. Unfortunately, I have to have deep cleaning done, which is a little more costly, but they are willing to work with me to make sure that I get the best care for my teeth, gums, and bone health so that I don't have to prolong treatment. I felt like a family member when I left the office today. I almost wanted to cry, because I was just overjoyed with the sense of support, and this is gonna sound crazy, but love and appreciation I felt from everyone. It saddens me that I will be leaving the area at the end of the month because I definitely would make sure that I made this provider my primary dental provider from here on out going forward. I found Dr. Chamkasem through Yelp quite a few years ago. I've since referred my sister and 2 co-workers and they're all really happy coming here. I now have a 3rd co-worker that may make the switch. Dr. C is knowledgeable and he's great about explaining things in detail which helps to put you at ease. I clench and grind my teeth a lot and therefore am constantly popping off my buccal composites. Because of that, my teeth are extremely sensitive and I often need replacement fillings. Having to get work done is never fun...the sound of the drill and smell of burning enamel...ick! But Dr. C tries to make the experience as pleasant as possible, always making sure I am fully numbed up if necessary and mentally comfortable before he starts. Lisa is his assistant that sits chair-side and I love her! She's definitely a calming force. What's also great about Dr. C's office is that there is never a wait. It's not because they're not busy, but because they don't over book or double book patients. Norma is the keeper of the calendar and she's a beast when it comes to scheduling. She runs a tight ship and seems to have the timing of each procedure pretty much down to the minute. If you're flaky by nature or have a job that would prevent you from showing up on time or at all, I would look elsewhere. My husband's work schedule is like that...he's always late or cancels last minute with his current dentist. I told him he's not allowed to see Dr C, lol. read more

Found Dr C on Yelp after I was so tired of getting cheated at the Asian dental places. This office is always on time. If my appointment is at 8 am I will be seen at 8 am or earlier if I show up early. They don't overbook since they respect your time. Dr C and the dental hygienist are amazing. I go in every 4 months and never have a bad experience. I trust Dr. C totally since I know he doesn't just make up extra work to get the money. Great experience. Came 5 minutes before my appointment, called and they instructed me to enter. They followed COVID protocols with masks, hand sanitizing, and temp checks. I went into the room and had by my teeth cleaned. The experience was relaxing, no pain, explained everything that was happening, and Dr. C came in at the end to check on the teeth. They provided a goodie bag and let me rinse my mouth with mouthwash. I left there with another appointment and email. No problems!
