I have had nothing but the best experience with Bella Dental Group. I went in for a general visit. I always wanted to straighten my teeth from my previous braces. They walked me through the whole process of Invisalign, and I went for it. The pricing and work to be done is upfront, so if you worry about that like I do you will be fine. I did my ortho and implant here when I was a teen. The ortho was a good job but my crown put in was awful and careless. It does not match my teeth at all. It was huge and bulky and immediately pushed the tooth next to it ahead invalidating the braces. I am now having to repay and redo the treatment. I went there for an infection in my gum, they couldn't do nothing (only Ex-rays) nothing else.. they don't do route canal, doctor want to charge me extras (beside my insurance) for an antibiotic that was really expensive (exceed $200) and my insurance doesn't cover it. she said: this is the only antibiotics I can give you. when she realized that I'm not going to do it she gave a regular antibiotic ( because I kept insisting To get a regular antibiotics). after 02 weeks I called for a refill because I still need it because I was suffering with swallow and bleeding and she refused to do that.. it was my mistake to visit that place, it's my first & last time. read more

I was referred to Bella Dental Group from a co worker. I had mentioned to her that I had chipped my front tooth again. Keep in mind this was the fourth time I chipped it. The previous dentist had told me that the next time I chip it I would need an implant. I was under the impression that it wasn't going to be just a simple fill anymore and I didn't have dental insurance so I was not looking forward in paying all this money. I was waiting to go to TJ and fix it over there since it's super affordable but I kept putting it off because I didn't want to make the trip. I finally had gotten dental insurance with my job but was unsure if my dental plan would cover my chipped tooth so I decided to come to Bella Dental to get a quote. I never expected that I'd come out of that office with a complete smile again especially that it was my first initial visit. My plan did not cover my front tooth because it was considered cosmetic. I was worried because I didn't have money to pay for it. Yessenia the receptionist definitely helped me out and explained to me in detail what my plan covers although cosmetic coverage was not on there she gave me the opportunity to apply for care credit. She helped fill out the application on the spot with no interest for two years. Best decision I've made so far this yea it was time to take care of my dental health. It had been years since I worked on it. This would have been the first time I been to their new office and let me just say their receptionist Yesenia, right off the start was so friendly and welcoming. I didn't feel like a patient but felt more like a friend. She answered all my questions with such a friendly and kind tone. Took her time, actually explaining everything to me and just acted and talked like she genuinely cared for me! You'd think going in to get your tooth checked and end up coming out with one less wisdom tooth (again due to my negligence) would make for a horrible experience. Not for me!
