I started going to Smile Solutions dentistry several years ago when Dr. Chamkasen was the dentist. Dr C retired and sold his practice to Dr. Habibi a couple years ago. I liked Dr. C but I absolutely love Dr. Habibi!! She is so kind and personable and makes you feel totally at ease. On my first visit after she took over the practice, she actually came out and sat down with me in the waiting room. She introduced herself and spent about 5 to 10 minutes talking to me and putting me at ease. I was so impressed with this. In addition, she is an excellent dentist. She is very detailed and fully explains any dental work you may need. She feels more like a friend than a scary dentist! The staff at Smile Solutions is fabulous also. Lisa, Kim and Heather are all so friendly and make you feel totally at home. I always look forward to seeing all the ladies when I have an appointment. I used to dread going to the dentist but now it's actually pleasurable. I highly recommend this dental practice. My experience with this office has been 5 stars all around. Setting up my appointments is always quick and easy with Rosie. The staff is helpful, nice and welcoming! Dr. Habibi is amazing! One of the best consultations I've had. She is very kind and goes over all the details. I was nervous because I knew I needed a lot of work done. She explained the work I needed and gave me options to choose from with proceeding which made me feel at ease. She also referred me for other work I needed which I could not be more grateful for. She really has the best interest of her patients & has made my dental journey so smooth sailing. I appreciate her recommendations, I know I am in good hands. Every visit here has been great, I eventually need a crown and will be back for it but Dr. Habibi understood my concerns and helped me with temporary fixes. The best team all around. What can I say. The second I walked in, I knew this place was going to be awesome. Rosie already scheduled everything right away over the phone and sent me virtual documentation so I didn't have to sign one single letter in the office when I came in, and I was able to just relax in the amazing relaxing cool lounge-vibe lobby until I was personally greeted by the sweet Dr. Habibi and instantly felt an amazing connection, and we laughed and chatted for a good ten minutes about my personal background and dental history in the lounge, just her and me! Afterwards I was taken back immediately to Kim who was a fantastic hygienist and took full x-rays and photos, personally reviewed by Dr Habibi who walked me through any minor future-concern problems so I knew exactly which teeth to look out for and what to look out for with a huge high-res photo right in front of me. Talk about great preventative care right there making everyone's life easier before a cleaning hah! The cleaning was a breeze with zero pain and Kim was too much fun to talk to the entire time through. These people care about you and want you to know it. Dr. Habibi's Mission Statement is everywhere and you can see exactly what she's is about without any fluff and with the most sincerity. I am so glad I chose this dental office and am so looking forward to making this my new home for all my regular cleanings and know that I am in great hands with people who care about me. Unfortunately, with the pandemic and being laid off, it delayed my progress. I am now back, and I drive from L.A. to see Dr. Habibi and do not regret it. She runs an honest office and has a good staff. They take care of you and make sure that you are comfortable during procedures. I just had deep cleaning today and a crown measuring. I will be back in 2 weeks to get the permanent and am not nervous one bit. My procedures went well, and I hardly felt any discomfort. Fortunate Dr. Habibi and her team were able to schedule me on such short notice. Had a negative experience with a previous dentist over 10 years ago, and was hospitalized as a result. Noticed some extreme discomfort and pain with a tooth for a few weeks. Called a few offices, zero availability until October. Called Dr. Habibi's team, Rosie, listened to my concern and assured me I will be in great hands. Went to the office on Tuesday for a consultation and work-up.
