Highly recommend Dr. Rosales for many reasons:…read more - People: Everyone there is extremely friendly and gentle with your teeth. - Approach: Dr. Rosales' approach is fantastic. He began by learning the goals I had for my teeth and tailored an approach to those goals. Using images of my teeth he detailed what he's seeing, why it's a risk, how big of a risk it is, and most importantly how to address it. Other dentists I've visited simply suggested to do X,Y,Z but Dr. Rosales really showed exactly WHY he's recommending work. - Results: I couldn't be happier with the results. It was quickly apparent that Dr. Rosales' work addressed exactly what he identified as a risk in my first appointment. The irritation from getting food stuck in my teeth (as a result of poor work at a different dentist about 20 years ago) was completely gone overnight.

Walking and interacting with Mr Rosales and all his amazing staff was truly an amazing experience. I've never felt so comfortable and impressed by professionalism in an environment like this before. They truly changed my mind when it comes to oral care and it generally feels like they're always looking out for me and see me as an individual and not just a random nameless patient Please I really insist anyone who's had a tough time with other Dentist in the past to please give them a shot. I guaranteed they are so worth it and this is coming from a person who usually does not do yup reviews, but they generally have helped me so much.

I'm smiling bigger and better than ever thanks to Dr. Seini!…read more Dental work isn't just about aesthetics. We often say, "It's what's on the inside that counts," and while that's certainly true, the reality is that our smile affects how we feel about ourselves, too. For years, I avoided some social activities because I was missing a premolar, which left a noticeable gap in my smile. Beyond appearance, that missing tooth affected my ability to chew properly. With my history of lupus and gastrointestinal issues, being able to thoroughly chew my food is important for digestion, gut health, and overall wellness. Replacing that tooth with an implant has made a remarkable difference in my life--not only improving my smile, but also enhancing my confidence, emotional well-being, and physical health. I'm incredibly grateful to this wonderful practice and to the kind, talented, and caring Dr. Seini. Thanks to them, I'm truly smiling from the inside out!

Thankfully Dr. Seini was able to take me in the very morning I felt pain. I'm a baby when it comes to pain but she yanked those 3 teeth out in about 10 minutes and I felt NO pain, just pressure. I can see why she's one of the best destists in OC. Shoutout to her kind and amazing staff as well. The front desk lady/ receptionist & the hygienist that helped me out were both so patient and caring. I had a really positive experience and would recommend Seini dentistry to anyone!

I had the honor of being treated / am still under the care of Dr. Farzin for an implant. Unfortunately, as it does happen, my last molar was a root canal & the crown broke off. The person who did it for me years ago wasn't in the field anymore (or didn't want to take responsibility, consider it a bullet dodged) so Dr. Hanna had me seen by Dr. Farzin. Together he came up with a treatment plan for me which included extracting the tooth. Now, that was an ordeal for me because I'm a Nervous Natalie, but he is efficient & thorough in how he works. Yes, extractions aren't exactly fun, but it was not a long or drawn out procedure & I healed well. Fast forward to a few weeks ago where it was time to put in the post for my new tooth. This included a special scan so that he can study & create a method that is precise & quick. I was really impressed at how quickly the procedure was, & yes, although I worried, it was really for nothing. While we wait for healing & for the actual new tooth to be installed, I am currently healing well & will return for a routine x-ray to check on how it's settling in. I really think that Dr. Farzin deserves a special place here within my reviews. For anyone who is nervous with dental things, you're really in good hands at this office with the entire staff.

This place is an absolute joke, and my recent experience with their billing practices has been…read morenothing short of unacceptable. I was a patient here for several years before ultimately deciding to move to a far better dental office due to what I felt was consistently inadequate and, at times, disrespectful care. Over a year after I stopped receiving treatment here, I suddenly received a bill in the mail claiming I had an outstanding balance. This immediately raised a red flag because I have always paid my balance in full at the end of every visit. When I called to ask about it, the staff member I spoke with told me it was likely a discrepancy related to their transition to a new billing system and that many patients had received incorrect balances. I was explicitly told not to worry about it and to ignore any additional notices while they worked with their financial team to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that reassurance turned out to be completely meaningless. Over the course of the following year, I called at least seven separate times regarding the same bill. Every single time I was told some version of the same thing: "Don't worry about it, the balance isn't accurate, please disregard it." Not once during those many calls did anyone take ownership of the issue or resolve it properly. Then, out of nowhere, I received a letter stating that my account had been sent to collections for the exact balance I had repeatedly been told to ignore. When I called Gentle Dental to ask how something like this could possibly happen after a year of being reassured that the bill was incorrect, I was told they would "look into it" and get back to me. Today I received that call, only to be told that the balance is apparently legitimate and that I now need to deal with the collections agency myself. Let that sink in: after over a year of being told to ignore the bill, and after multiple phone calls seeking clarification, they somehow missed this every single time and allowed it to escalate to collections. This level of disorganization and negligence is staggering. A dental office should be able to manage something as basic as billing accuracy and patient communication. Instead, they repeatedly dismissed the issue, provided incorrect information, and ultimately pushed the consequences onto the patient. What is most frustrating is that this entire situation was completely avoidable. Had anyone taken the time to properly review the account and resolve the discrepancy when I first called, none of this would have happened. If this is how they handle billing and patient concerns, I strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting this office with their care.

After being loyal patients here for years, the quality of care at Gentle Dental Orange has…read morecompletely collapsed. This office is owned by InterDent, and it is clear that private equity profit margins now take priority over patient health and professional ethics. My experience on Jan 17th began with them unilaterally moving my appointment time and then rudely informing me I'd be canceled if I wasn't there by the "new" time. The receptionist was untrained and unprofessional, making vague, unsettling comments about the "type of treatment" I'd receive once in the chair. It only got worse. My son was pressured for a $200 "laser treatment" he'd never needed before; when he finished his exam, he was left laying back in the chair with his bib on, only for the receptionist to walk in and rudely ask why he was still there. The final straw was my husband's appointment on Jan 24th. He was quoted $1,200 for a laser treatment. When he requested a standard cleaning instead, he was told no one was "available" for a cleaning, despite staff being available for the expensive upsell. The office manager was combative, argumentative, and interrupted him while he was speaking to the dentist. They ultimately claimed a standard cleaning was a "liability"--a transparent excuse to force a high-cost service. We are currently following up with a second opinion. If our new dentist finds that my husband does not have advanced gum disease, we will be including that information in a formal report to the Dental Board of California. We are done. If you value professional integrity, honest dentistry, and most importantly your TEETH stay away from this corporate-run upsell mill.
