Clean, sterile and somewhat futuristic. The dentist was patient thorough and explained exactly what he was doing. My gripe is with the front desk. Without getting into a big discussion, I spent a great deal of time completing the online paperwork prior to my visit. Provided ID during my visit. It was an out of network referral. I received a call the next day, the young lady asked me for my social security number, I asked why that was needed and she said for identification purposes. I said well I provided my ID when I was there and I explained I wasn't comfortable providing my social security number. She said, and I quote, "ok no problem" and ended the call. That was almost 2 months ago and I still have not heard back.

About a month later I received an invoice that stated that my insurance would not cover what they originally thought and now requested an additional $697.00 to be paid and that this will eventually be sent to collections. I asked her to take the remaining balance off because it wasn't what I initially signed or agreed to and the whole request just seemed shady. She of course denied my request. When I told her I'll dispute it because I have the zero balance receipt she said that I should definitely hang onto my receipt to dispute my case in collections. The whole transaction was wild. I was honestly so speechless. One because this had never happened before. Two, because I can't quite figure out how a business with true integrity can imagine that this is fair and honest business.
