We had a bee hive inside the wall of our salon. Bees are super cool and fascinating but, they needed to be relocated without harming them. I called Braulio to see if he would come take a look at it. It was 8am Thursday morning and he said he could come by at 11am. Our salon was open for business with clients getting services at the time. He feels the walls with his hands and has a good idea of where the hive is, no special tools or gadgets. He said he can remove them right away and from the outside wall so that we wouldn't have to close shop and everybody could continue working. Wanted to personally thank Smiling Bee for the excellent and fast service they provided. We noticed several wasps flying around our shed and crawling in. We called him at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon and he was here by 3:30 same day. Very knowledgeable and honest. We had a hornets nest in an eave of our garage which he removed without issue. However we knew that we also had a yellowjacket problem as well. He walked the property and could not locate a yellowjacket nest, but did say that they could be coming from up to 5 miles away. We have outdoor cats and he said to definitely stop feeding them outside. They are here for the cat food and until that's no longer a food source, they will keep coming back. The tenants complained about wasps entering the house, so I called Smiling Bee to handle it without using pesticides. They were late for the appointment. And when they got there they couldn't find any nests and said there's nothing they could do. They never contacted me again about what they found or didn't find, and they asked the tenant to the pay the service fee rather than bill me. The tenants have never been asked to pay by any of the vendors I've used before. Perhaps if you've found the nests yourself Smiling Bee would be a good choice.
