We assumed a leak in the irrigation system. It was not the irrigation system. Justin went above and beyond and researched to find the leak at the water softener. We have a very large yard and a number of flower beds. M & M trimmed all the bushes and cleaned out all the beds. We have a sprinkler system that has had frequent problems for the last 9 years. I am so happy to say that all the leaks in the underground piping and hoses were located and repaired for the first time since we moved into this home. Without a doubt, I will call M & M again when we need help.

LP&L refuses to put the water in the name of the person on our lease because of this outstanding balance that is NOT related to her. LP&L gave NO notice or warning and refused to answer questions when they did turn it off. On top of this, they REFUSE to let us pay for our bill by not setting up an account in our name. and we were LIED to by Brianna H when we visited the office in person. Her supervisor Christie was unbelievably rude when she finally stopped dodging our phone calls. We are now being charged for tampering with the water meter THAT THEIR WORKER TOOK!! and again they are refusing to turn our water on until this tampering charge is paid!! This is in direct violation of the Public Utility Commission of Texas. There are two small children living in the house and this is a HUGE safety concern that LP&L does NOT CARE ABOUT. They are a monopoly and NEED TO BE BROKEN UP!! They do NOT care about the residents of Lubbock Texas!! We have set up a meeting with the mayor this is NOT okay and this company needs to be stopped! They are money hungry and do not care to make money legally!!

I have neither the time nor the energy to go over what a disaster they were but they're the reason for the 4 stars. I almost went with three. It took six weeks to get this almost resolved. Now I'm just trying to pay them. Yes, trying. My balance was to be adjusted bc we had to do some repairs ourselves. I can't get a balance despite calls. If I don't hear by Monday I'm paying what I think is fair. If they want more they can sue me.

After a week, they came in to make the repairs and cut another hole crooked and took all the pieces they cut in the hallway and in the unit with them, which makes repairing the hole more difficult and takes longer. They dropped the hatch in the ceiling and cut into the wall without asking if anyone had allergies..or are asthmatic, which I am. I was trying to have conversations with law enforcement and others and they had NO consideration! Arrived without any notice to set a time. Furthermore, there was a BRAND NEW TOILET SEAT COVER put on two days prior. The worked needing done was above the toilet and in the shower so --- the bright idea of the day ---- the worker decided to stand on top of it in his work boots.... And DID NOT TAKE 2 MINUTES TO COVER THE SEAT... so it got ALL SCRATCHED UP! Lastly, they did NOT CLEAN UP ANYTHING AND LEFT A MESS - water on the toilet seat - not wiped off.... Debris everywhere and big holes in the wall in the bathroom and in the hallway outside my unit 338. No consideration for the human being in the unit and their time and how they were going to clean up a huge mess and replace a brand new item! I would recommend checking elsewhere! The marks and wetness are difficult to see but I marked all the black chips and marks that won't come off just because something couldn't be lied over it .

He took…read moreoff the front of my air-conditioning unit to check for how many pounds of refrigerant were in it. Told me it was low that had a leak and needed a new ac unit,which would cost me $15,000 with very minimal inspection. He told me it would cost me $300 a pound for replacement and i would need about 7 pounds and he threw out a $2100 price tag. Basically it appeared he was there just to sell me a new unit. He didn't replace what he had taken off to do the inspection. He cut the tape on my inside refrigeration unit and did not replace it and then he left. It was a very bad experience. I have used Earls in the past for plumbing with no problems, but I will not use them ever again for AC. Talked with another AC guy who said they would put stop leak in it for the leak.

On the main floor theres a help desk where the workers are very knowledgable and are always willing to help you or direct you where you need to go. If you're not comfortable studying or being around people, they have study rooms available that you can book online through the TTU website. The parking lot is HUGE so unless it's finals time, you'll always find a spot. There's a little cafe to the right when you first walk in, but it is only open during certain hours. It has a lot of different things to choose from. The library also offers free wifi and WEPA printing.

It is a dream come true for group projects! Really great use of its funding. Thanks Mike Leach! And others. Illiad always got my article requests quickly and correctly. Often has in-progress work presentations, like poster sessions, for undergraduate and graduate research. Lots of tables for working, little cubbies for privacy, and good wooden chairs that you can sit in for hours without getting sore! :) Love this library and I probably spent 50% of my 5 years of PhD work in its halls.

I got a payment confirmation that my payment went through, the next day they turned off my water and I got a disconnection notice and had to call and get it turned back on. I should have gotten an email or a call about the payment but instead they very quickly disconnected my utilities and charged me $50. Seems like they are just trying to make an easy extra buck and I'm not okay with this. City of Lubbock, DO BETTER!!!

Instead, after 30 seconds on the phone he became impatient with me and still did not answer my questions. What could have been a 30 second phone call turned into a 2 minute phone call because he did not answer my question. For the future, he may have saved some time by actually listening. Overall, very disappointed in how I was spoken to and treated. I truly hope he fixes his attitude and tone with future customers. We are all just doing our best and deserve respect no matter our age.
