Huge shout out to Geovany from the service department. Thank you for your knowledge and expertise regarding the issues I had with my TLX. Quick, easy, and to the point. The way it should be. Truly a painless experience and I couldn't be happier. It's not every day I get to write a review like this, so just know I appreciate it! Thanks again!

My new 2023 Acura Integra, put deposit down on 7/13/22, took delivery 8/5/22. Outstanding!!!

I've owned 5 Acuras in the past some purchased from Smithtown Acura. I walked in to just glance at the new Integra and was greeted by Anthony Verderosa. From the very beginning it was a very stress free environment. I did not have much time on this visit but Anthony answered any initial questions I had. I called him to later that week to set up a test drive and start to talk $. Once I determined what color specs he coordinated the ordering. I was supposed to take delivery in sept but Anthony was able to work some magic and I took delivery on 8/5. Couldn't be happier with the attention / customer service from day 1 and in love with the Integra. Highly recommend going to Smithtown Acura and Anthony will be my go to sales rep!!!

We just purchased our third car from Smithtown Acura from Anthony who has always been stellar. We live in the Bronx so by no means is Smithtown the closest dealer to us by any means (50 minutes). My wife is a nurse and had been taking the subway to Brooklyn which has given me great anxiety during this pandemic, so we decided to buy an ILX from them. I hit Anthony up and he sets up a good deal. I go pick up the car and they have the car prepped and have the car in the garage for social distancing. The process was very fast, almost too fast since we never go through the car. On my way home I notice the silver trim on the steering wheel has two chips in the paint. I send Anthony an email and text and he responds quickly saying the service department will fix free of charge, but it must be done at their facility. Okay, disappointing that a brand new car has marks already on it and I have to drive another 50 miles there and back, but I call the service department and Luanne is very nice and says they will order the parts and to come in on Saturday. I go in with my wife and the whole time a person in the parts department is complaining about being there and cursing the whole time. Not the highest end experience but either way after an hour we are told the car has been washed and we are good to go. We get into the car thinking everything is perfect and I look to the left side of the steering wheel and they have butchered the left silver trim now even worse than the right side and they now scratched the A-SPEC badge. At this point I am furious, and we drive back, and I demand to know who installed this with little care. A tech comes out and says they will order the parts but that is all they can do and then Luanne who is very sweet says how about we take the whole wheel off a loaner. They show us the loaner car and tell us to inspect the wheel and to my eyes the wheel looked fine. They change the steering wheel and we are told to go out and examine it and now there are little indentations on the leather like fingernails or someone torqued down on it. At this point my wife lost it and someone from maintenance came out to explain how this is "100% normal" and how days in the sun would fix this. Whether this is true or not, the fact is Smithtown sold me a car with existing minor cosmetic damage, then when trying to fix it caused even more damage, and even when they tried to solve that they still provided us with a car and experience that wasn't 100% great. To be fair my experience with Anthony has always been very good and Luanne is a sweet person, but whoever prepped the car should have caught this before selling it to me especially in these crazy times where I can't examine and test the car myself beforehand and number two whoever did the installation needs to be more careful and can't return cars to the customers like this. I am thankful for Smithtown for being semi operational and providing a car for my wife even in they crazy times, but the standards of the service and quality of products should not be compromised. I am not sure if we will be returning next time, this has left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I wish the Anthony and Service staff the best of luck and to remain safe and healthy though

Ava left a message on my phone and I tried to reach out 3 times to verify but she never called back. The next day, I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership. I brought my quote to show the salesman. The salesman said that Smithtown Nissan does not do business with TrueCar and that someone acted independently to post this deal on TrueCar. That is complete nonsense. Here is Smithtown Nissan's TrueCar page: https://www.truecar.com/dealership/smithtown-nissan-414996/listings/?newness=u . I asked to speak to a manager (older Latino man). He reiterated what the sales associate said. He was arrogant and stopped the conversation to casually speak to a friend asking me to repeat myself. Being that I drove 1.5 hours to get there and the same distance to get back, they wasted my time. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU: There are ways to fight back. Take them to small claims court. AI will guide you through the process. I have only done small claims once before but the dealership has to send a representative after they are served and that is a nuisance. You won't get repaid for your time, but you will earn your gas/toll money back as well as any fees that you pay to file in court. Most importantly, if they mess with you, get them back! It is easy! Most importantly, don't do business with dealers who don't honor posted prices. I walked out of there, called TrueCar customer support (they picked up almost instantaneously) and today I will file in small claims court for 20 dollars in gas. My time will never be repaid, but at least I will be a thorn in their side. PLEASE VOTE THIS UP if you had a similar experience.
