I found Smitty's locksmith on the internet. I called and spoke with a man and he told me that the business would be open at the time of my arrival. I got lost, so I called again and he said he was not there, but that somebody would be there. When I arrived, I was told by the owner of this place, which is a mailbox and key shop, that the person I spoke with on the phone didn't work there. He apparently refers business to this place though because he works as a locksmith. What's more is that because the man I spoke with on the phone doesn't work there, he didn't know that the key machine to make copies of keys was not working, so, I made the long trip for nothing. Very weird of that man I spoke with on the phone to not make it clear that he does not work at this place. We will not be returning to this business. read more
