Came in for a smog. Friendly greeting and took my truck back. It needed to be driven because the battery was just replaced so they told me to come back after I drove it at least 50 miles. They didn't charge me for that. I returned they took it back got it smogged. No hassles. Great place! read more

I've been here twice , and couldn't smog the car because I was told I had to run the car more since codes were cleared. Love that he was honest , and could've easily failed it but instead told me to the issue so I didn't waste money . Ran it , passed smog and paid registration there. Cost about 30 more to do dmv things , and 70 for the smog check. This guy will be upfront and do the service fairly. He's a one man show , and works as quickly as he can. Came in for an oil change sometime last week on a busy afternoon. Still ONE of the fastest services I've ever gotten. All the staff members were so kind! As soon as I parked my car, Noah came up to help me immediately. Super welcoming!!:) As I was waiting for my oil change, he would come and check up on me keeping me updated, asking if I was okay with pricing, & informing me about other car issues. He even sat down and explained everything to me. VERY HONEST business!!!! That's all customers need. He gave me other options/ business cards on where to go for my car trouble and to avoid expensive dealerships. I don't know much about cars, so He wrote everything down on paper breaking it down so I wouldn't forget. I never experienced such great customer service from a car shop. Other places have turned me down saying I need an appointment or has had me wait over an hour for my service. Staff: I happened to be there and the owner himself was working (filling in for an employee on vacation). Over the years I've learned: One can get a pretty good understanding of a business, expectations, service levels and general experience -- from the character and nature of the owner. Which typically mirrors how he/ she run their business. Preet greeted me right away. There were two cars ahead of mine -- despite being busy; he took the time to greet me which was a very nice gesture. Very polite, kind, sincere and respectful. Went here for a smog after another smog place tried to charge me another $50 for test my car again. This place was fast first smog charge $50 and if it fails you can bring it back and they only charge you $9. Service was fast and they are very attentive to their customers. Been here 3 times before today and once again the service was great! The gentleman who helped me (same guy as before) was polite, HONEST and quick! When I arrived he told me how long the wait was and so I left and came back in the time he said (which was under an hour). When I got there it was my turn and Then 15 min later my car smog was DONE! And to top it off he gave me $10 off my total and another $10 off for next time! I know $10 might not seem like much to some people but to get $10 off my super low fee is AWESOME!
