It cost ~$81 before applying a $20 coupon. I paid $61. The coupon is on their website and like it or not you need to print it out to redeem it. Print as in real paper and ink. Once you become a customer, they will snail mail you coupons which currently are $20 off.

I did tell my brother to go to them and he had a kind of completely different experience that took about 2 hours for some reason, but I'll chalk that up to a one off. I would advise the team that if there is one car causing a huge pile up in one of the bays, that the next car gets as much attention as possible My brother was 2nd in line for the day but had 4 other cars get completed in other bays because of the car in front of him. When he finally got in, the crew was more focused on the other bays so he sat there for another 5 or so minutes waiting for something to happen while the crew was focused on the two other cars that technically were there at least 40 minutes after he initially got there. Pricing is ok with coupons, but expeeience was great and it was ultimately pretty convenient.

Feeling frustrated after we took our truck in for a brake inspection. The inspection cost $80. We…read morearen't used to taking a vehicle in places and being charged a diagnostic fee and if we are it is usually waived when you go with them for the work. In this case they don't deduct the inspection fee. They didn't verbally say the inspection fee would be $80. It was on a piece of paper we signed at the bottom. If they are trying to be transparent I would recommend they verbally tell you all fees before services, not just in writing because it was missed by us. Because of this I don't think we will go there again. I don't like that they don't waive an inspection fee if you use them for a repair. I get they have to do what they have to do to run their business, but many other places don't do this. Feels like it is sacrificing customer service for a little extra profit. Leaving one star because of the customer service, pricing, and transparency vs their work on vehicles. I can't speak to their work on vehicles.

Starting off with the most basic of things, the smell! As a person in the dental office, I am used to smelling foul things from materials to rotting teeth to gum disease and bad body odor. When I came into the office I could smell someone's gum disease all the way from the door! Alright, it sucks, not my place to put my nose in, but when I brought in my father's car for a valve cover gasket change, his car went from the smell of Mercedes leather to pungent sulfurous smell of gun disease that won't go away! It's straight up nasty... Talking about the work of valve cover gasket, I had them do it and they did do the job quickly. Conveniently just down the street from me where I could walk to go pick up the car! After just over 2 years and less than 5k miles with the car, I was made aware by another mechanic of its valve cover gasket leaking! Called them up and was told they would take a look and take care of me. They took the car in, told me some BS about the gasket is not an issue and that it's just sweating... in my 30 years of dealing with all sorts of cars, I've never had anyone call gaskets sweating nor is it a normal occurrence to keep on watching. Charged me for looking at the work they did, wouldn't warranty it and sent me back on my way. Previously brought my father's Porsche Cayenne diesel for catalytic converter falling. The owner said these things happen and they have dealt with this before where they would clean the cat and be fine. Brought the car in and had them work on it. Week later I get a call that they tried their tricks and didn't work so it would be thousands of dollar for their work that didn't fix the problem. And oh by the way, the car still has a warranty at the dealership so why don't you call them up and get it done there? Wow, thanks for the heads up after charging me thousands first. Lastly, customer service is non existent! Call and you are told to book it online, got questions about service? Book it online. It's like they don't want to waste time talking to you ever. Thankfully I've been in touch with Stewart's automotive in Sacramento off Stockton blvd exit from I50 and I would gladly pay for AAA to get my cars there than to roll my car down the hill into this place. Hope this place gets better and have someone's gum disease taken care off

Absolutely terrible service. Overpriced, incompetent, and zero communication…read more Every time they "fix" one problem, another one immediately breaks. I drove five minutes after the first repair and had to bring the car back. That turned into thousands more in repairs. Picked it up again, drove out of the parking lot, and yet another issue broke down immediately. This felt like an endless money trap. No accountability, no quality control, and no explanation. On top of that, communication was awful -- I had to repeatedly call just to get basic updates. They never proactively reached out. This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I've ever had. I would give minus stars if that were possible. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting time and money.
