Honestly have loved coming here in the past, however, I had a really poor last experience here. I bought a dab pen battery and before I drove away found it didn't work. This happened twice more. The response from the worker was extremely pissed off and he treated me absolutely terribly. Told me I should be grateful I was even receiving another. Definitely worth driving the extra few miles for another smoke shop. Would not recommend. read more

I had a great review until tonight. Jobani (short Mexican with acne) is how he is described in other reviews.. is a DICK. He was so hostile towards me because I crossed an "imaginary line" to look at a vape juice. Which no one has ever said anything to me about before and I've been going there for over a year. He did this in front of another customer then has the audacity to ID me and my friend. I'm almost fucking 30.. like really dude!! He yelled at me from across the store and said I could have been stealing juice or stealing his stuff. Like what? Your a few steps away. It's literally right next to the fridge where people are allowed to go so how are you gonna say I can't go one step over? All he wants is power over customers and thinks he knows everything. I told him that next time I come in I'm going to talk to the manager and he said what manager? We don't have managers. And I'm like uhh well then the owner! Like seriously. Don't get smart with me. Being nice gets you way further in life. This guy needs a reality check. Idk how he still has a job. He needs to get fired. Had the worse customer service of all time and didn't even want to buy anything but my friend drove me all the way to get vape juice. I came in here to get a gift for a friend a little while ago. I was greeted upon entrance by the friendly staff. I told the man named Erick that I was balling on a budget and only had around $40 to spend on the gift. We went through all of their glass selection for almost 30 minutes because they have such a wide range of glass. A lot of the selections were worked, double blown glass, heady, they even offered discounts on a few of the really classy pieces! I ended up walking out with a beautiful glass necklace that also functions as a bowl, he even threw in a discount, and my friend loved it! This is a local smoke shop and I have spent hundreds of dollars here. I'm very disappointed and will never return after my last experience here. I brought my vape cigarette in because it needed an new glass piece on the tank. When i gave it to they person working he told me I needed an whole need tank and took the tank off of mine and replaced it with a new one. When I got it home it burned through both the coils it came with so I went back and bought another pack to make sure it wasn't my error in using it. When it burned through 2 more I ask the guy there why it could be doing so, he told me to go to the vape store across the street to find out what was wrong with it so I did and then came back to do an exchange because I found out I was given the wrong part in the first place. I had my receipts and all of the original packaging and it was with in 5days of the original purchase. I wasn't asking for a refund just an exchange and he refused to do that seeing as it was used already. I explained the situation and told him how I didn't even want a new tank that the other employee picked it and even put it on my vape himself. I explained that he told me I needed a new one and that the tank he sold me wasn't even the correct piece. If the first person who sold me the tank had been more knowledgeable maybe this wouldn't have happened and I shouldn't be stuck paying for a new tank and an extra pack of replacement coils because of their mistake. I had already been through enough trying to get it to work. Im shocked that a small business like this wouldnt refund me or at least exchange it. I feel incredibly ripped off and was completely lied to. I hate this feeling. I told them I wouldn't be returning if he wouldn't do the right thing and exchange it for me, but losing a customer was no big deal to him. He must hear that often. I guess making quick money matters more to them than running an ethical business. This place is will be going out of business real soon at this rate. When u treat your customers this badly that is inevitable. I recommend cloud 9 across the street or anywhere but here. They over charge for everything anyway. What a let down. I'm stuck with a vape tank and extra coils I can't use and still don't have a working vape. read more

This is one of the only smoke shops I go to, and have been going to for a few years now. The employees are awesome and are always looking to hook you up with the best deals. The other customers I've encountered are both patient and respectful. That shows the kind of people this shop attracts. The shop's glass selection isn't the biggest, but they usually have some nice pieces for decent prices. Every other little thing you may need for smoking, you can find in this shop. It's worth going into the store rather than finding some of these things online. Check em out! You won't be disappointed. read more

I shop all of the smoke shops in San Marcos so I guess you could call me an expert. Smoke Shack is middle of the road. I like the staff mostly. The Owner is great. In fact he's so down to earth he helped me pick out sunglasses one day. Their prices are on the high side though and if that means something to you like it does to me, well then you might want to steer clear. There are much cheaper places right down the way. But, for a decent selection and cool knick-knacks, definitely worth a look see. read more
