I came here on Thursday 12/7/2023 at around 4:15PM for dinner. Service was good as usual.l started with a Coke to drink and then for an appetizer ordered the 6 Smoked Wings tossed in Chipotle BBQ Sauce with a side of Ranch. Very good, I cannot say enough good things about their smoked wings. They are big and meaty wings with the perfect smoke ring and bark and the perfect amount of sauce. In fact, right now Smokey Bones has my favorite wings from ANY chain restaurant that I've been to. They are just THAT freaking good. These are not your average wings that you'd get from your ordinary wing place, that's for sure. Moving on to my entree, I ordered the Create Your Own Combo: Choose Any 3 Favorites + add Another Favorite for $5.00 more. For my 3 favorites I choose their pulled pork, slow-smoked a sausage, jalapeño cheddar sausage, and 4 of their smoked wings tossed in Buffalo Medium sauce with Ranch. For my 2 sides, I choose my 2 favorites their French fries and BBQ Baked Beans. Also came with 2 pieces of garlic bread. I was really impressed by how much pulled pork I got and how big the pieces of pulled pork meat were. It was big, it was tender and it was pretty juicy. I poured KC BBQ (Green) Chipotle, (Red) Carolina Mopping (Blue) and Mustard (Yellow) all over my pile of pulled pork and all the different sauces mixing with the pulled pork was just awesome. Definitely do not order their pulled pork without sauce. You've gotta sauce their pulled pork. I've always been a fan of their pulled pork. There's a reason why it's one of their menu staples for a long time. I ordered both their slow-smoked sausage and their jalapeño cheddar sausage because I wanted to try both and determine which sausage I liked better. I enjoyed both sausage links (1 link each for each sausage), and while the slow-smoked sausage was smoky, tender, and juicy (it reminded me of a very slowly-smoked kielbasa, I think that's what they were going for), my favorite was their jalapeño cheddar sausage. It stole the show and dominated the regular slow-smoked sausage. The abundance of cheddar cheese stuffed in the middle of the sausage link that came oozing out when you sliced your knife through it made all the difference as did the jalapeño peppers. Extremely flavorful sausage. Would definitely order it again. And it's not too spicy either so don't refrain from ordering it, you can handle it. Both the slow smoked and jalapeño cheddar sausage got mustard bbq and chipotle bbq sauce poured on top. Their Buffalo medium smoked wings were very good too. The flavor mix of the smokiness of the smoke ring and bark of the smoked wings combined with the mild spiciness of the Buffalo sauce was just awesome. Smokey Bones has always had amazing BBQ baked beans, French fries and garlic bread and these sides certainly weren't any different. Overall, another amazing meal from Smokey Bones. My family and I were in this location on Friday night during what seemed to be like the busiest time of the night. Our server, I believe she said her name was "Carly, like Carly Simon" which I thought was cute the way she said it, she made our visit to Smokey Bones an unforgettable one! She had such an amazing personality and had a constant smile on her face while waiting on her tables. As busy as they were, carlys smile and enthusiasm did not ever leave her face, which we thought was great!! We can only hope that she is our server next time we visit this restaurant. There were 6 of us and every single one of our meals were outstanding and cooked to perfection as well! All I can say is fantastic job to Smokey bones for the server and kitchen crew you had on that Friday night because my family and I were extremely satisfied all around! read more

I went to Smokey Bones Cranberry PA, today and the food was great and the service was fantastic as well. My food was hot and seasoned perfectly. I had the sample plater with all the different meats and man oh man was it right on time as I didn't know what to choose and it had it all. My server was Deborah and she was so delightful, attentive and down to earth. She was all smiles and made my day. She recommended great items on the menu and knew it back and forth. She made me feel comfortable and let me know she appreciated my business. I can't wait to go back and will recommend it and her to my friends. The Manager Todd came over and welcomed me too and added that extra special touch. They know what they are doing. My servings were plentiful and made with perfection. Ill be back soon. read more

My reasons not to eat nor work at Smokey Bones in Cranberry township PA: 1. Illegal selling of drugs and consumption on premise. I have witnessed these activities first hand. 2. Allowing a fellow co-worker (me) to be assaulted...The GM threatening "We can sweep it under the rug or fire you both. " I kept the receipt. #video 3.In my view poor mismanagement due to lack of employees, creating a chaotic environment. 4. Management allowing me, a gay man, to be belittled by a customer. My staff and I meet at Smokey Bones for a Christmas Luncheon...unfortunately, I forgot to call ahead to notify the restaurant that I was going to have my "mini office party" there - making a reservation like I should have. When we arrived, I apologized to Kelly (the manager) who took care of us like we had reservations there for over a year! Our server and the manager, Kelly, took great care of us the whole time we were there - the food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly and my glass never hit bottom before I had a refill. We were never "rushed" and they made us feel like family while we were there - even taking pictures for us!!! Thank you Kelly and staff - We WILL be back (and next time I promise that I will call ahead - LOL). read more

Happen to get off the turnpike looking for something to eat, came across Smokey Bones and as soon as we entered the door we were greeted with happy and warm smiles. The staff sat us within a couple of minutes. The waitress was very responsive and attentive as we looked over the menu. The food came out quickly and warm, wait staff stopped by frequently to fill up our drinks and make sure we did not need anything. the manager went to every table greeting and making sure we all were satisfied with our experience. Our dining experience was wonderful. Next time in the Pittsburgh area we will definitely go to Cranberry Smokey Bones. read more

When ever I have the urge to eat a great meal in a great setting I come here. I was in on Monday night and had Kelly as my server. I have had her several times prior and she is by far the best server here. She is always very professional and polite. She always treats me and my girlfriend like we are family. She has a great personality and is very fast with bringing drinks and food. She is always on Top of the ball if you ever need anything. Our wings and burger came out in a very fast time and Kelly even explained the sauces when she brought us our food. Will gladly come back and ask for her as our server everytime . read more

Smokey Bones is such an underrated spot! The vibe is super cute -- kind of cozy and rustic but still modern and fun. It's the perfect place to chill with friends, grab a drink, and dig into some seriously good BBQ. Their ribs and brisket are always on point -- juicy, smoky, and full of flavor every single time. The bar list is amazing too, with tons of great cocktails and local beers that don't break the bank. The bartenders are awesome -- super friendly and just make the whole place feel welcoming. Had a wonderful experience last night. The staff is always so polite and personable. Everything was amazing from the moment walking in the door and being greeted to the service being fast all the way to being thanked as I was leaving. Im usually not the type to do reviews, however after my experience on 10/26/22, i just had to. I want to start of by saying heather our server was great, apologetic, and and super helpful throughout out our experience. With that being said i have never ever been to an establishment where the manager on shift is screaming at the top of his lungs at his employees. I couldn't believe the foul language flying from his mouth in front of customers. Smokey bones should be ashamed to have such a person employed and in charge. He should be terminated! read more

When me, my brother and sister visited Smokey Bones, the service and food was absolutely exceptional. Our server Jordyn, was one of the nicest girls I've ever met in my life. She was kind, courteous, and made us feel very welcome. She asked us several times if we needed anything, which was perfect because we got the ribs and needed more drinks and napkins. We were a party of 5 from out of town looking for a place to eat lunch. The onion rings are a must to order. They were simply the best I've had in a long time. We had ribs, chicken and brisket Bbq which were delicious (especially the brisket). The only complaint was the chicken tacos which looked and tasted like chicken nuggets. The service was good and we left feeling like we ate a big dinner. If you like Bbq you will definitely find something at Smokey Bones you'll enjoy. read more

My husband and I ate dinner here last night, it was great! Smokey Bones is a favorite place for us. Our last visit to the Cranberry, PA location was delightful. Our server was Heather, who treated us like royalty. We were celebrating my 82 birthday. Two of us had the turkey club sandwich. One had a bacon cheeseburger and I had the loaded potato and salad. Everything was delicious as usual.
