Always great food and great service. I've been here countless times and always very freindly employees. I was just here with the family and Marcy was are waitress she is fabulous. She knows the menu inside and out and she can also tell you what's in the the drinks. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer. The pickles were fried to perfection. The best fried pickles I've ever had at a restaurant. I've had them at other places and they always seem to be over cooked and salty. If you come here you have to get cornbread it's still hot when it gets to your table and the butter for it is a treat in itself. I ordered my favorite beef brisket it's sooooo good. The table has four flavors of sauce I always try them all and each one is good. My wife ordered the pic three pulled pork, brisket and chicken. Hers was great. The kids split a rack of ribs. Yep i tried the ribs too. They are always good here. Marcy was very accommodating to the kids splitting the ribs she asked us if we wanted the kitchen to split them and put them on separate plates. Wow I didn't even have to ask her to do that it was her idea she is fantastic. She was always checking in on us but not to much that made us feel uncomfortable just enough. If you want good food and service come here and ask for Marcy she will take care of you. I don't know why some people are giving a bad review or saying the have a cornbread scam. I always like this restaurant. During peak times I've never had to wait too long. I love the open room look and the bar area is really nice, especially with all the TVs. Last burger I had was little overcooked, but still really good. Don't be afraid to put a little bit of their sauces on your burger, they're good too! The servers were WAY on top of my drink refills, which is awesome! And I guess I like the electronic payment screen thing on the tables, made payment very easy. I looked up the hardware online and the cameras that are on the unit don't work yet, but I'm sure they will at some point in time and you can wait to be creeped out then. Best pulled pork in CNY. Mostly good food, just love the nachos too. It's can be affordable if you use the coupons they seem to have all the time, if you don't it can be expensive. Won't be back. Went here a few weeks ago and am still bothered about how things went. When our food was delivered it was cold. The best way I can describe it was, you know when you eat leftovers from the fridge? That's how everything tasted. We didn't want to reorder because it took sooo long to get it in the first place (we got there right before the dinner rush started- not during it). When we got the check it had a 10% discount as an apology. Never saw a manager. No one in a responsible position cared to stop by and apologize or just check to make sure we were ok. We came on Monday for unlimited wings. We stayed for 2.5 hours and only got 2 rounds of wings. As well as asking multiple times for a drink, to go boxes, and other accommodations. Been here several times and they are consistently good. To be honest, the BBQ is more tender and has better flavor than the local famous reptilian joints. The dining room is spacious, clean and inviting. They have a family bbq meal that comes served to the table on a pseudo grill. It's both fun and delicious. Corn bread is a bit dry, but you can slap on some maple butter to mask it. I think they over-mix the batter. Bartender is good. Mixed drinks are done well. If something isn't right with your meal, they'll make it right and typically kick something extra in. Coupons are abundant. Service is typically good. For a franchise, I'm impressed. Having lived in Austin, this can't compare to a bonafide pit master's bbq, but it's still good. read more

I have eaten here a few times. The pulled pork sandwich and ribs are pretty good. You have to be in the mood for barbecue or equally "heavy" food to really enjoy their fare. It is standard chain restaurant quality. We left without eating last time because we waited for twenty minutes and a server never came to take our drink order or even say hello. We called attention to the hostess halfway through our wait and saw her alert our server. I think, however, that our server had poor time management skills and we weren't sure how long our overall wait would end up being. The food we would have eaten would not have been worth the wait. The crowd was decent to give a good atmosphere, but not too much to hinder service or experience. I had several different drinks, and we're all amazing and left me wanting another. If I could give it less than one star I would. I'm not a hard person to please but the service here was awful. When we first got there it was busy but starting to slow down. After we were seated we had to wait 15 mins to place our drink orders and it took another 15 to get them. They were a beer and a mixed drink. After we ordered we waited a good 35 mins and it had already slowed down to where there was hardly anyone in there. While we were waiting we listened to the hostess talk about her friend and boyfriend problems loudly. After we finally got our food the order was wrong. But by then we were so hungry we just ate. After we were done we couldn't find the waitress for a good 20 mins for our check. Needless to say we will never be going back there. My wife and I used to go there and sit at the bar and have a couple drinks and then dinner at the bar. We haven't been there in a while because the food was mediocre at best, the service was okay nothing starting. Very noisy and very crowded. If you are looking for a quiet place this is not the place. if your barbecue lover this is probably the right place I'm not and I haven' really tried any, but my friends say its good. Horrible, horrible, appalling customer service. Used door dash delivery-- delivery service was fine. I ordered a build-your-own burger and requested the burger to be cooked medium and requested mayo and bbq sauce on it. Received a burger cooked beyond well done with no sauces whatsoever. Ordered a coleslaw as my side and literally received an EMPTY styrofoam container. We also ordered the loaded fries appetizer. The description of this app states it comes with ranch. Our order came with no ranch dressing and was most certainly the side size portion--not an appetizer portion (we've ordered from them and dined in here several times before and have ordered this appetizer a number of times). So I call the restaurant and tell the hostess who answers that my order is incorrect and am placed on hold. I am the. redirected to JOLENE- MANAGER. This woman interrupts me, cuts me off, telling me "that's not possible your burger wasn't cooked incorrectly, my cook has been a cook over 15 years." I go on to tell her about the empty styrofoam container and she cuts me off and states, "it's an 8oz cup with a 4oz portion." I assured her that the cup was LITERALLY EMPTY. Told her about the incorrect size appetizer and missing ranch and that we've literally dined in and ordered from them several times before--I know what size portion has always been served to us. Told her about the missing sauces for my burger. This so-called "manager" JOLENE literally tells me, "it's not my problem, call door dash for a refund." No apology whatsoever for the mistake and the inconvenience to me and my husband. Just defensiveness and arguing with me that I'm mistaken. Never again will I spend a dime of my money or waste a second of my life on this restaurant. I even called the corporate office and have heard nothing back. Even the woman who took down my complaint sounded miserable and did not apologize for this horrid experience! Just another corporation that doesn't give a crap about customer service. Will never spend a dime at any Smokey Bones again and I will be CERTAIN to share my experience with every person I speak with about what restaurants to go to and which to stay away from. Absolutely unacceptable and despicable behavior from a "manager" setting a terrible example of customer service to the younger employees. read more

Yesterday around 7:30 I was there for dinner with my 2 other friends. We were seated immediately however our sever gave poor service. Her name is Kristin. It Took her 10-15 minutes to come to our table then when she got there we gave her our drink orders and it took her almost another 7-10 minutes to get them. I saw her behind in the kitchen on her phone before she greated us. Then she only visited our table twice maybe. When it came to checking out and paying our bills (as they were separate) on the machine(kiosk) I went to pull up my bill and she was standing at the end of our table as each of us cashed out to "make sure the receipt paper was ok" however when I went to turn the kiosk screen away from her for her tip she leaned in closer. And she basically did my friends transactions. The most rudest thing anyone can do is that. You don't tip yourself we as the customer do. Her service was poor and manors are very poor. I am a frequent customer ( every week twice a week) and everyone else is amazing but she is horrible. read more

Visited Smokey Bones on August 13th. Kevin was our server and he was very personable, great personality, great food and service as usual. The Manager, Eddie is a great guy. Walks around and stops at everyones table to make sure there food is good. He lets you know if you need anything just hollar. I have been to many restaurants and noone ever goes around to the tables like Eddie does. A great manager makes a great restaurant. read more

As I walked into this establishment it felt very nice. As I was walking to my table, I saw that other tables were very dirty. It was bit off putting for me. They then gave me plates for my appetizer and they were very dirty from the last use. Also the waiter came to our table multiple times and never refilled my drink or the rest of the tables drinks. Finally the worst part of the experience was the bathroom. The bathroom floors were absolutely sticky and in the stalls the toilets were very much not clean. If I'm being honest, the bathrooms at Hershey Park were so much cleaner than this bathroom. read more
