    Dirty Shirley drink

Stopped by Smokey Bones for dinner on a recent Friday night. It is a large restaurant, so it was easy for two of us to get in quickly. Our waitress quickly took our drink order and food order. I kid you not, our food came out within 5 minutes of getting our drinks! I have not had such quick and attentive service in a long time! My husband and I both got a full rack of baby back ribs, which comes with two sides and garlic bread. The ribs were sticky and sweet and we definitely required the wet-naps we were provided. The sides were average and I would have preferred corn bread with bbq over garlic bread, but it was a decent dinner for the price. We both took home half of our ribs and had another meal. Compared to when we went here a few years ago, the quality has definitely improved!

    Empty grill

We ordered the 39.99 bone fire and it came out freezing cold with no charcoal no steam no nothing. We told our waitress Stacy and she said they "forgot" the charcoal and took it back and it appeared they just shoved it in the oven and brought it back out once again with no charcoal?? We ended up just putting it all on a plate because there was no reason to have the grill if there was no charcoal and our food was cold. And our table stayed dirty like the whole time she took one plate and left all our dirty plates on the table the entire time. Thankfully the manager Kaitlyn took it off the bill but still we came to celebrate a birthday and was disappointed.

My boyfriend and I always come in for the after dark specials and load up on appetizers and desserts for cheap! The food is always good and so is the bbq sauce. We come at least once a month.

So this was a pretty awful Friday night for a couple reasons. The host was nowhere to be found and showed up maybe 10-15 minutes later. They were out of practically all their sides. We ordered some burgers and they were pretty mediocre. Pretzels were so oily that you could see a sheen of it on the liner. Dirty plates everywhere and just overall quite a sad vibe. Not worth $50 of food or time.

Great service and delicious food. They have decent prices. If you are in Syracuse, then this is definitely a place to make a visit too.

Good food, great dessert and good music. Waiting time is a bit long but not horrible. Good time for socializing while you wait.

They chose the spot, and I'm glad they did! It was Thursday night, opening night of March Madness- and they also had a euchre tournament going on too...at least I think it was euchre? Parking was tough because it was so busy. We were able to get a table for dinner, and Bailey Z was our server. She was great! Friendly, helpful and professional. Never needed to ask for anything because she had it covered. I had a big lunch, and my nephew and brother also had a late lunch so I tried to go "light". Haha Started with a Bloody Mary with no garnishes, asked for some spice and it delivered! They were running a specials menu, so I started with the Reuben egg rolls. Super crunchy, had great flavor, and it had to have been a homemade 1000 island dressing. It was heavenly. My brother went with the Turkey Cobb salad, it was giant, bountiful, and looked really robust. My nephew ordered 20 wings to share with everyone. Half garlic parm, half sweet chili. Blue cheese also seemed to be homemade, I automatically ask for extra and it was worth it. I ordered the French onion soup, and the bacon cheeseburger dip which came with tricolored tortilla chips, seasoned and a perfect vehicle for the dip. Everyone was happy with the food. Too happy, we had leftovers and I have to say that the Reuben rolls and wings were still good as leftovers. It's a good thing I don't live in Syracuse because I'd have been there every weekend. It was packed inside, so we knew it was popular. Thanks to Bailey and the team for a great evening! I'll be back!

They have 4 small tables to eat in and luckily we were able to snag 2 for the 3 of us. I heard the chicken riggies were great so I ordered them medium heat. I have to say these are the best riggies I've had in Syracuse! The sauce was homemade and delicious the chicken was tender and seasoned. I ordered the large so I'd have leftovers and it was enough for 3 meals. I also ordered a cheese slice to see if I liked the crust. I loved it!! NYC style thin and crispy. I can't say enough good things about the food. I'm sad I don't live closer because I would order every week from here.

Definitely add the double to get to smash patties it was an extra $3 each. Overall pretty good, fun spot with American food. Really wanted the garlic fries they have but they weren't on the menu for that day. Looking forward to trying again.

On multiple occasions, I've received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, only to arrive and be told it would actually take another 25 minutes. That's frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If the app or online ordering system says an order is ready, it should accurately reflect its status. Otherwise, it gives the impression that orders are being marked as "ready" to satisfy internal performance metrics or timing goals rather than because they're actually prepared. Accurate communication and realistic pickup times would make for a much better customer experience. This issue could be resolved with better communication and more accurate order tracking. If the kitchen is running behind, simply updating the estimated pickup time or sending a notification about the delay would set the right expectations and save customers an unnecessary trip. Most people are understanding when delays happen, they just want honesty, timely updates. Being transparent about wait times builds trust and creates a much better overall customer experience than marking an order as ready before it actually is.

Love the rustic Adirondack Cabin Vibe, first time I noticed The Legend of LongHorn portrayal. Friendly and attentive service. The dragonfruit Margarita sweet and sour with a fruity twist, large pour and enough to share. Both steaks cooked perfectly to order, loved the blue cheese crust! My daughter loves Molten Lava Cakes and was not disappointed! She has decided this is her new favorite Steakhouse, she preferred this meal over TR! My daughter and I arrived around 545 on a Saturday and were able to score a booth with no wait. Our booth was in a very bright area and the restaurant was crowded. Service was spot on throughout the meal very short wait time. Love the dragonfruit margarita, I didn't see any new cocktails that would sway my decision. Warm fresh bread, and salad quickly were served along with waters. The vegetables are very finely chopped in the salad, you can't avoid your not so favorites. Unfortunately both of our 6oz steaks ordered medium rare were served severely undercooked. We pondered if we would be ill from consuming undercooked meat. Unfortunately the next mishap is my daughter gnawing on a sharp plastic piece hidden in the Mac cheese took presidence over the undercooked steaks. We thought it was glass initially and were just happy she was not injured. Management was notified and apologetic offering replacement, and comped her meal. She opted out of any replacement, and we were both put off by the incident and undercooked steaks. I took most of my meal to go. Loved the margarita and great service!
