Disclosure I've been at this location before usually it's a gentleman that's working . I arrived at 6:50 AM on a Friday morning, I pulled up to the drive-thru/ordering area and no one took my order. I figured maybe they were having issues with the PA system so I pulled up to the drive-through window just for whoever was opening that morning to stare at me through the window as I sat in my car for an additional 10 minutes. I'm not sure if the person I just didn't wanna take my order all the lights on or inside and online and stated they opened at 6:15 in the morning so not really sure what was going on. I think would ignore me. The mouse is the pure fact that me and the person that opened the store made direct eye contact through the drive-through window and the woman inside never attended to me as I sat in my car for 10 minutes. Maybe she was just having a bad day and needed a break. I have no idea this is the first time I've had any issues with this smoothie king location so I thought that was very weird. I am so shocked to see the star rating for this location . I come here all the time and never thought to leave a review because it's literally JUST A SMOOTHIE! Before I even read the reviews, all 18 of them, I will start by saying that the staff here is simply incendiary! Every time I come, they are upbeat and genuinely funny. Maybe it's me, because I'm always so excited to suck down some fruity goodness.....Nope! My window is rolled down and I just heard a deep belly laugh from over my shoulder, in the pick up line. I feel like selling healthish food you have to be a happy person, and my suspicions are confirmed every time I come. I always order the Strawberry kiwi breeze, hold the dairy whey blend, add mango, add raspberry! It's heavenly!!!! And they have never fü*ked it up. But today I switched it up, for a healthier option. I got the Gut Health papaya ginger, it is also bangin! Hold the stevia. Sub banana for raspberry. It's tart and delicious. And I couldn't be happier to start my morning. Hey, I'm really trying to stick to a healthier lifestyle and so I have a few errands to run today and I figure I start with breakfast so I went to my local Smoothie King and grab my daily warrior with extra peanut butter. I have had great experiences with this location. I'll just share that when it is not right or the smoothie is not smooth enough just go back and have a conversation and they will take care of everything. It's a win-win for me because I really enjoy this smoothies I select from here but overall it's the service. Today was outstanding and they continue to service me appropriately. I come here all the time to get my usual smoothie. It's on my way to work. I order through the app so when I get there it's ready to get picked up. I noticed my drink was not ready at the pickup area. I asked where my smoothie was. The girl told me they couldn't find my order. She brings out this guy and told me the same thing. I showed them my receipt through the app, and where the transaction was through my Apple Pay. They still didn't believe me, I told them either give me a refund or make my smoothie. So they make my smoothie. It was the most gross and water down smoothie I've ever seen in my entire life. It didn't even look like a smoothie. I was so glad I took a picture. There is a feedback option through the app. I let them know about my experience for someone to call me back and I haven't heard anything. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. So avoid this location if you can it's very unprofessional and they don't know how to make smoothies. It's very disappointing. read more

The service was horrible. I wanted a smoothie because I told my girlfriend, and she took me. Such a wonderful lady. We get there and the workers seem out of it, they gave us a weird look as in they were bothered that we were there. There was no greetings or hospitality or not even from the other workers. Your doors were locked 20-30 minutes before the times door lists as your hours of operation and and website listed. I was so excited whenever my husband told me he was going to be doing some electrical work at a new Smoothie King opening up by our house, as the closest one was about a 13min drive. I have only visited this location 3 the times with about six months in between each visit with today being the last time I will visit there. Each time I have gone it's been a bad experience from the smoothies not tasting that good to the unacceptable customer service. Today I placed an online order at 12:32pm with a pick up time of 12:42pm I sat at their window for 11 minutes before they came, with the wrong order at that, I didn't leave until 12:56pm. This location is no good, I guess people don't like to work after the pandemic. I would just drive past this location and go to the other locations nearby to save yourself sometime and a headache. On 04/15/23 at 8:20 pm I went through the drive through and placed my order. Some female gen Z'r took my order with an attitude. There were no cars infront or even behind me, so I pull forward and she asks if I will be using my cash or card. I said card then she asked if I wanted to tip, I say yes, then she asks how much. I tell her a dollar but I'm reality it should've been a penny. At 8:37 pm there's one guy making one or two orders while the white female teenager that took my payment is just standing there texting and another Asian females teenager is standing in the kitchen texting and one black female teenager is cleaning lol. Then I wave my hand through the window and ask them what's taking so long? The teenager that placed my order says that were in the middle of closing down lol. I told her wouldn't it make sense to get my order out quickly as possible then you guys should worry about closing down. Why would you leave a customer waiting ? She then goes to say that I'm yelling at her and that she is only 15 lol. I told her If she thinks this is yelling then your in for a world full of fun when you get older. I told her to get the manager and then she goes I am the manager hahahah. I then let her know , you're definitely not a manager And call up your boss, so I can let him know how poor his store is as it's been declining since. So she calls up her boss on speaker , where he claims they've been making bowls all day so their a little behind. My husband stopped here last night to pick up a couple smoothies for us. I have a severe peanut allergy and he specifically asked for almond butter in both of our smoothies, and was sure to even double check with them confirming ALMOND butter was used. He got home and handed me my smoothie, and as soon as I took my first gulp I knew it was peanut because I immediately started having a reaction. This started a very LONG, scary night at the emergency room. I'm also nine months pregnant, and was terrified the medicine I needed to use so that I could maintain my airway (epinephrine) was going to put our baby into fetal distress and cause the need for an early delivery. Thank God I caught the peanut quickly, because it's a very real possibility my baby and I wouldn't be here this morning had we made it to the hospital a little later than we did. Pure negligence on the part of smoothie king, 100% could have been easily avoided, and they literally could have killed someone. I'm SURE they have to go over the seriousness of allergens during their training; you'd think it would be handled with the appropriate amount of diligence through daily operations. Honestly one of the worst smoothies youll get on a consistent bases. I know kids mainly work this job but the sheer number of times I go and they mess up my smoothie blows my mind. Im honestly mad at myself that I keep giving them another chance. I need to find another location that actually has competent staff, I know its a little rude but its mind numbing. It's either they give me a smoothie thats so watered down that I think that im drinking juice. Or the portions they give in the smoothie are not blended up all the way. Like I just got another smoothie and the dates were sitting in the the cup 25% blended. The one I got last time was straight water. The new girl working there today with the glasses and black curly hair needs to be fired! She was so rude to me! She handed me a purple smoothie and said it was a yogurt delight, and I asked her if it was the daily warrior and she said no, it's the yogurt delight. I told her that I go there all of the time and the yogurt delight is not purple. She said OK! and just stood there staring at me. She then grabs the smoothie and throws it in the trash without even apologizing or anything. I gave this smoothie king another chance and they were great for awhile until today. The manager needs to train the employees about their menu and what customer service is. I will be going to a different smoothie king from now on. I don't care if I have to drive further. Some of these young girls need to check themselves and learn to respect their elders and customers. Very friendly staff, if only a bit shaky sometimes but there's a lot of new folks since this location just opened up and they do try their best to help out. The drive-thru is very convenient, though can be a struggle to order due to the proximity to the highway so you have to yell to be heard. There is also very little parking since it's a small location and driving around can be a bit confusing with the way its oriented but that's a matter of location. Not a single issue if you order online - the staff is nice and has always been ready with my drink. I am a regular since I live fairly close and usually go at least once or twice a week w/no issues and they offer $5 medium-sized smoothies on Fridays which is a plus. read more

smoothies are great. the service is horrible. they have bad attitudes and are very very slow. i just waited over 20 mins for a smoothie. that's crazy especially since there was only one car in front of me who only got 2 smoothies themselves. also once i got to the window i seen the person making the smoothies walking around with gloves on and then proceeded to wipe her face and move her hair and then continued to work on smoothies. that's disgusting. anyways i will not be coming here again. you'd think they'd be more sanitary and safe. read more

We love Smoothie King after our daughters football practice. We were in a different part of town and came to this location as it was closer today. We drove through the drive through and placed our order. 4 drinks. The guy read them back to us correctly and asked us to pull around for our total. He took our payment at the window, around $20ish. Seemed low but okay. Then he gave us 2 of our 4 smoothies. We asked about our other 2, and he said "oh you had 2 more?" Yes, and you read that order back to us. He replied defensively "no need to get mad, Sir". No one was mad! We simply asked for get our other 2 smoothies, and since he obviously only charged us for 2, we were more than willing to pay for the other 2. He was not at all happy and had a bad attitude. No one was jumping your case bud. Mistakes happen, but he got way too sensitive and a mountain out of a molehill. Learn to take constructive criticism, especially in the service industry. read more
